The place looks new and the beds are comfortable

According to the lovely girl who received us, the elevator does not work outside of her working hours (8-16), but we arrived at 10 in the morning and still went up 2 floors on foot. Although she kindly insisted on helping us with the luggage, we still chose a hotel without an elevator. According to her, there are problems with the type of elevator... the shower with scale and a very strong smell of the dampness of the shower room. Although it is very clean, our score drops because of the elevator and the shower. The price does not reflect the value. Too bad

Small private property, also quiet. Nice room layout and size. The breakfast served at the cafe downstairs was great! The location was very convenient, close to the main shopping district and walkable to main attractions. Francesca was the best host and made us feel welcome, accommodated any of our needs as well as a happy friendly face we saw each day. Her recommendations were spot on.

A bigger safe would have been more ideal but wasn’t an issue.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The little hotel is situated in the center but in a quiet street. The room is lovely, in the attic; you can see the beams. Although there is no special view of the surrounding buildings, the room is full of light. We enjoyed using the bath tub in the middle of the room, after a long day walking around Rome.

The breakfast is served in a little bar directly underneath the hotel (choice of four Italian (=small) breakfasts). Although our room was the only one on the floor, the first evening we could clearly hear people speaking nearby. There is an elevator, but for security reasons it’s only operating, when there is staff at the hotel (8.00 am - 4pm). That’s no problem for us, but might be for someone else.

Lovely, friendly welcome when we arrived, only took minutes to check in and get our room. Accommodation was extremely central. so easy to get to all the sights. we walked everywhere!! Laurina 33 was so clean and spotless, not only our room but the whole building. Breakfast was included, we got tokens to use at the cafe next door. It was perfect too, staff there also very welcoming. fresh food and they had the best coffee and orange juice. we would 100% recommend Laurina 33 and hope to stay again soon!!

We really liked the location, we could go everywhere by foot. Very nice neighbourhood, with lots of restaurants and shops, but the hotel is located in a comfy and quiet street, so you will have your peace. Staff is really great and helpful, always with a smile - Marco and Francesca were fantastic and we also have the nicest words for the cleaning ladies - everything was really clean, they clean everyday. The bed was amazing! Overall, a very nice place to stay - we wish to have the same experience wherever we go in the future.

Francesca and Marco were really nice! The hotel was simple and very convenient. The location was perfect, 1 min walk from piazza di spagna and piazza del popolo. The breakfast was in the cafe next door. It was nothing special but still it was a descent option offered by the hotel (tip for next time: you should include in one of the breakfast options the sfogliatella instead of the croissant).

Francesca was a very lovely host and made the short stay feel like a beautiful boutique. She was there to help check us in and even tried helping us call a cab in the morning when we left. Tip: if there isn't a cab available to call to the hotel, walk down the street to the piazza and there is a cab stand there. Good location nearby shopping and restaurants. Has stairs but there is a lift for your luggage!

staying at Laurina 33 was such a great experience for us! First of all, Francesca was the perfect host. Always attentive and helpful. We found everything spotlessly clean. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, in a minimalistic modern style. The old traditional building, with the wooden beamed ceiling, was a beautiful contrast to the slick materials, lighting and details. The room is small but very comfortable. The location is great and pretty quiet- I'm a rather light sleeper and it was perfect. The breakfast is very basic, but it was all we needed- a good (!) cup of coffee and a fresh tasty croissant. We spent 5 nights and were sad to leave!

The walls were a somewhat thin. Only one of the nights our neighbors were a little noisy. But it wasn't too bad.

We were in the suite on the top floor. It was spacious but with a small elevator only to accommodate the luggage, we found ourselves huffing and puffing several times going from ground to top. Also, we didn't see our host on our last day (it was her day off) so we didn't get our breakfast tickets and ended up having to pay for our breakfast at the cafe next door. I would recommend in the future either giving all the tickets to the client at once or leaving the tickets in an envelope under the hotel door. Other than that, a very nice suite and the host was very nice and eagerly assisted us with questions about booking tours and where to find certain popular sites. Thank you!
