Very clean and smelt fresh. Cool and comfortable. Host was very helpful and friendly. Pastries in the morning were unreal. Would recommend. Perfect location. Was able to walk to colosseum and trevi fountain in minutes. Also walked to Vatican. Didn’t need public transport. Couldn’t fault it

The only thing I can think about it would have been difficult to find if our taxi driver hadn’t pointed it out to us as big green doors and not very well signed outside. But that’s just the Italian road numbers not a criticism at all of the property. Was very happy here

We wouldn't be honest if we didn't give you a rating of less than 10. It's definitely a rustic style and nicely arranged accommodation. The employees were always smiling and at your service. Breakfast was excellent, real Italian. Hygiene was at a high level. Most attractions in the city were within walking distance from the hotel, about 10-15 minutes. Thank you Aenea for making our stay in Rome even more beautiful.

The location was great. Walking distance to all the main sites in Rome. The room was spacious and quiet. Beds were comfortable.

Tiny elevator so we didn’t bother with it much. Breakfast was ok. The pastries weren’t the best but it was nice to have them delivered for breakfast each morning.

Very good location, fresh pasties and bread in the mornings, well equipped mini fridge included in price.

Difficult to find- need better signage. Need to make people aware of tourist tax 6 euros per person per night which you have to pay on arrival.

Wonderful communication from staff for our arrival and check in. Had a lovely surprise with an upgrade to our booked room. We were allocated a newly renovated 2 bedroom apartment with terrace. The facilities were amazing, modern, spacious and nicely appointed. Breakfast included in the price consisted of fresh pastries delivered to the door and catered for dietary needs. The inn was located close to all major sites, all within walking distance, numerous restaurants and cafes and wonderful gelato. One of the nicest hotels we have stayed in with excellent and friendly staff, service and amenities.

The bed was very comfortable, the room was kept clean and all amenities met all our needs. The breakfast of delicious pastries was served each day in a basket hung outside of our door with cold items supplied in an in-room refrigerator. The staff was knowledgeable and offered us much information about the immediate area and the best places to visit in Rome. We were contacted about a week before our arrival and were offered a transportation service from the airport. It was $60 euros for up to 4 travelers and our driver was waiting for us when we arrived. It simplified our trip and relieved a lot of stress about navigation when first getting to Rome. On our return to the airport the front desk arranged a taxi for us which was $50 euros. I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Staff were extremely helpful, arranging airport transfers and taxis when required. Breakfast was superb ,fresh pastries delivered to your door every morning. Fridge restocked with fruit juices and yoghurts daily. Trevi fountain 15min walk Roman Forum 10min walk Pantheon 15min walk Collisseum 15min walk Plenty of good restaurants,bars and shops within 5 walk. We booked a double room with a terrace which was a decent sized area and ideal for a glass of vino at the end of the day. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend

Room was spacious. Breakfast basket was nice and fresh. Room was stocked with all kinds of cookies and condiments for the breakfast pastries. The terrace had a nice view of the bell tower. The area was quiet at night. Lots of shops and restraunts nearby. 2 convenience stores across the street. The shower was fantastic. I would stay here again!

Had to walk a few blocks to flag a taxi. Reception wasn't manned until 8:30, so we couldn't order a taxi until then.

This hotel was the perfect place to make my little home base in Rome. It’s a very easy, straightforward walk from the train station. Walking distance to all kinds of attractions, or the metro if needed. The rooms are simple, but have all you need. And I looked forward to the pastries outside my door each morning. Pair that with an espresso, a yogurt from the mini fridge, and maybe some fruit picked up the night before, and it’s enough to get you out the door in the morning. I was given a map of the city upon check-in, and I appreciated being pointed towards the sites I wasn’t already aware of. I quite enjoyed that this hotel was quiet, and coming and going for four days I scarcely saw another soul. Perfect for unfussy solo travelers who keep to themselves.

Everything was amazing ! So clean , perfect for 2 people or 1. The terrace was my favourite and the breakfast was incredible. Fresh pastries and bread delivered to your door every morning enjoy with a cup of coffee on the stunning terrace. The best thing on top of all this is the location. Everything and I mean EVERYTHING is close all tourist attractions are from a 5 minute walk or the highest was half an hour. Convenient location restaurants all around you aswell and shops ! Loved everything
