Breaksfast and location are perfect! The Italian gentleman at check-out was lovely, he was very friendly and respectful, amazing service! The check-in staff member was a little rude and condescending, which was a bit of a shock. The check-in experience was the only negative thing, everything else was great! Huge thank you for letting me store the bags for a few hours after check-out.

As above, the staff at check-in was not friendly and made me feel a little disrespected.

The woman responsible for the kitchen (I couldn't remember her name) is a big lady and manages the terrace through the breakfast meal, she is rude, aggressive, and treats guests in an inappropriate way (shouting, angry face, not helpful ) besides the lack of respect and politeness. I informed the reception with a complaint formally and I hope to reach the management out as she is the reason that i can't repeat my visit again to our hotel.

Perfect location - 15 mins walk to most attractions. Breakfast is ok but the same every day. It was good value for money for sure. You can leave your luggage before check-in or after check-out for a while.

The reception staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful, they gave me really good advice on routes to walk and places to visit, including quieter places, off the beaten track. The location was good, about 10 minutes down the hill from the station, not far from the sights, I walked everywhere! There are also lots of great restaurants on the streets just behind the hotel, so lots of choice and only a couple of minutes away. The room was clean and I was pleased there was a kettle and a fridge.

More fresh fruit at breakfast would have been nice, I wasn’t very keen on the tinned fruit salad.

Cozy little hotel in excellent location in the historical center of Rome. All major tourist attractions are at walking distance. Also the Metro station is at 5 minutes walk. The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was comfortable and classy even if it was a little bit worn. The breakfast was plenty with many options available and it was very pleasant to have it on the roof terrace.

The slamming of the doors because it is quite difficult to open them, you have to push them hard. The sound proofing of walls could be better.

This was a last minute booking. We were greeted by Daniele who gave us all the information we needed about the Hotel, surroundings and tours including a map. Daniele also told us to be careful if catching the Metro as did Gigi. Both were great and answered any questions we had including which buses to take to certain locations. Sorry we didn't get the names od the other staff on reception but you were great too. The location of the Hotel is in Monti which is a nice area away from (but not too far away) from all the chaos. All the staff were really lovely and helpful - not just the staff at reception, but also the helpful cleaners and the lovely staff in the breakfast area. There was a good variety of food available for breakfast which was served on the 3rd floor terrace area - really nice. Thank you to Gigi for organising our airport transfer and making us a coffee before we left.

Everything was suitable to our needs. We were pleased with our stay and it was a nice way to finish our trip in Italy.

A fabulous and friendly welcome from Igor who was happy to help with anything. Advised us where to go and gave us directions etc. Location was really good for us - 10 min walk from the train station and about the same in the other direction to the Collisseum. Located between 2 metro stations although we mainly walked everywhere even back from the Vatican and Trastevere district. Plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. Lovely rooftop setting for buffet breakfast. Very comfy bed. Would recommend this property.

The room was a little cold.

Since we arrived early in the morning we got extra breakfast and place to leave our luggage before entering room. Breakfast was included in price, nice but same every day (not a problem for 5-days stay). Transfer from airport was free and well organized. Location is perfect, almost all attractions are in walk distance, Colosseum in 5 minutes far from hotel. Our room was big enough for 3 persons and we had huge terrace. Staff at reception desk is friendly and gave as useful instructions.

A shower was fixed of wall and not easy for use.

Perfect location with walking distance to the metro, Colosseum, plenty of restaurants and into the Trevi fountain / Pantheon area. Room was really clean and had a mini fridge which was great for keeping water chilled in humid Rome. I especially loved that despite it being a busy area, the hotel had an extra window to ensure there was minimal street noise and I was able to sleep with ease every night. Staff were really helpful, had an answer for every question and very welcoming.

The Best about this hotel is it's location and reception staff! Very attentive, caring and helpful. Also all the ladies at breakfast are so lovely and caring! Nice coffee for breakfast. There is an elevator and baby stroller fits inside. The street where the hotel is located is just superb! Just 2 minutes walking distance is till nice supermarket (Meta) where you can buy fresh fruits and water for reasonable price. About 8 minutes walk till Colloseum. Just around the corner there is a fantastic place owned by a couple from Korea with authentic Korean food - Starbaps. We truly enjoyed our stay.

The room was cleaned quite OK. I wish only for a more comfortable pillow, as the pillow I had was very hard (as well as the bed). There is a metro under the hotel and you can hear the train.
