great location, very clean, a very big room, great sery

The wi fi didn’t work well, no reception or very weak. the bed was too soft and blanket not comfortable. the safe was locked and after we asked it was fixed but we saw it wasn’t attached to anything so we didn’t use it. all the closets were rocking, not something we expected at a room like that. Breakfast was continental, although there was a note on the door that had a menu only continental was served, I would think that this was noted at the web. The curtains didn’t cover well so a lot light in the early morning.

- location was very central - private access with code - lift - neat room - excellent customer care even through WhatsApp - excellent airport pick up/drop off

- contrary to room description: no private water heater & no private fridge (must be used in shared kitchen) - contrary to room description: no iron facility within the room - breakfast is more basic than the one described (salty, healthy, sweet) - curtain was partially torn

The bed is uncomfortable. The mattress is bad. The pillows are hard

Our stay at this hotel was truly enjoyable. The cleanliness and spaciousness were impressive, and the staff is welcoming . They also offer to store our luggage at no extra cost before check-in and after check-out. The location was fantastic, further elevating our experience with its convenience. I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, excellent service, and ideal location.

We liked everything

Our room was called Cozy, which is was. The air conditioning worked well, which was essential in a record heat wave. The bathroom was very spacious and clean and the room was very quiet. The location near and Piazza del Populo is exceptional

There was no staff on duty on the day we arrived. Instructions for getting into the building and using the electronic locks on doors was not provided and we had to text for information. The elevator to the third floor location is tiny.

The room was very clean and comfortable, and the location was amazing.

The communication with the receptionist was kind of problematic. I wanted the invoice for my company and I only received via chat a bad photo of the printed invoice, while they never gave me a printed invoice . Most communications were done via chat, never actually met her in person.

The room is being cleaned every day. The shower is really nice and spacious enough. The Aircon worked just fine though we wish the heating was separated so it wouldn't get so dry.

The bed was a bit too soft for us, it was a joint 2 single beds so the gap in-between wasn't that comfortable. Be aware that the walls aren't very soundproof so you could hear the people next door and vice versa.

We opted to take the larger room to give us more space to leave our luggage. The room was comfortable, large bed, daily house cleaning. We hardly saw the staff but they could be contacted via WhatsApp during our stay.

Rooms could do with a little maintenance but it's all cosmetic.

Our stay at Baboon Room was just perfect. Comfortable room with big bathroom. Airconditioning. Clean- everydays cleaning, good job for girls ! . Good contact with host, Deborah is a nice person, explaind everything. Filipiniam man - who served breakfast was very nice and clean, made good impression and always talked with us and wished good day. Such a nice person ! . Bed and pillows very very comfortable ! Better than at home 😄👍short distance to everywhere at the centrum. Recommend for everyone. Fair price.

Keep doing good job as You do !

Large and cozy room. The hotel has a kitchen where you can prepare meals. The only thing I missed was greater availability of coffee. Great location... two steps to the Spanish Steps. .nice atmosphere. I will definitely come back here. Thank you Vittoria:))
