Very friendly and helpful staff (can be contacted via What'sApp); a small room, but with a comfortable arrangement of furniture (a comfortable bed, a large wardrobe, several power sockets + an additional power strip) and a spacious and modern bathroom, equipped with a hair dryer; a fan with silence mode (a very good alternative to broken air conditioning); a free plastic cups replenished on a regular basis in the absence of guests; in the close vicinity of the hotel there is the Termini station, several grocery and souvenir shops and restaurants (including one cheap and tasty one, recommended by Lulu)

1) The hotel staff cleaned the room in our absence, made the bed and filled the gaps (e.g. plastic cups), but we found the room open... 2) The neighborhood seems dangerous, especially after dark

The location of hotel is close to city center by bus or on foot if you like walking. The place was clean, the room was exactly what we saw in pictures. Lulu is really nice person, she helped a lot when he had minor problem and solved it very quickly. She also prepares fresh breakfast herself (mainly croissant and tosti), we also liked it. She is very friendly and good person.

I like everything here. Very clean, place is so close to all main sights, comfortable and the owner of apartment so kind and nice woman. Really I didn’t expect that my T-shirt which I beraub in airport by coffee and left at room during the day becomes clean without any request. But I’m so thankful for all facilities and testy breakfast

A cosy hotel with a convenient location. We liked Mia Ristorante, which is just 50 meters away from the hotel. There is a lift in the building. The breakfast is small but very pleasent with hand-made croissants. The owners are very friendly.

it was everything perfect. The breakfast it was very nice and we really like the people who made us breakfast we like them so much. they are our beloved. Thank youuuu we will miss them

Rome was a great experience for us. About the reservestion I can say that the information from the booking.com are exactly like as reality. The room was great and clean. I've sleept very well!!! Everyday, someone came up and clean up the room. We had all we need and we were relativ close to some important tourist attraction and to public transport if you need it (we always walked by foot).Also we had at our disposal biscuits and coffe to start a fresh morning. For a city break (2/4 days) I recomand this place.

Close to the metro and Termini station. Clean and quiet. The breakfast Lulu brought for us was absolutely lovely.

Bit difficult to find the way to get in. But the owner helps you!
