Short walk to Termini train station and metro connections (A&B lines) to the major sights. Also only a 15-20 minute walk to Trevi fountain and the capitoline hill, so you can take the metro out and walk back (which we did twice). On a side street but stores and restaurants nearby. Staff helped carry our one heavy bag up the stairs. Felt secure despite near train station. Overall a reasonable place to make your home in Rome if you are using the train and metro. Had separate kitchen and 2 bedrooms, so had some privacy for mom & dad.

No elevator. Decor was basic.

The location of this hotel is perfect, especially for first-time visitors to Rome. It’s just a few minutes’ walk from Termini Station, making it incredibly convenient for arriving from the airport and exploring the city by public transport. Many major attractions are within a 25–35 minute walk, and the area is surrounded by nice restaurants and shops. The hotel was impeccably clean, and during our winter stay, the room was wonderfully warm and cozy. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the room had everything we needed, including a small fridge, which was very handy. Decor is charming.

We had no complaints at all—it’s a super convenient place to stay, especially if you’re not looking for a luxurious room with extras like a big TV, but rather a comfortable and practical base to explore the city.

The location is very good and close to Termini (approximately 7 min. walking). The room had everything one needs and was cleaned thoroughly every day and the price (for Rome) was on the cheaper side.

The fact that every time I came back to the hotel, I had to show my keys to the receptionist was a bit annoying. Maybe in the future, there would be an electronic solution (e.g. key card) or maybe a second key for the electronic door outside. The Wifi generally speaking was very good, however not so much of it could reach my room (which was the furthest away from the router). Thus watching football with a VPN didn't work well.

The hotel is located a maximum of 10 minutes' walk from Termini Station. There are many restaurants and mini-markets aroun. Drinking water in front of the hotel is handy in the summer, but you can also find a fridge with chilled drinks at very symbolic prices right at the reception. The staff is nice and communicates fluently in English. They try to accommodate your requests every time. We had problems with the air conditioner controler, but the staff fixed it right away every time. For the travelers, this hotel is absolutely ideal.

It seems that most travel forums discourage staying in hotels near a train station, but after reading reviews, I took a chance with this booking for the convenience and price. I was pleasantly relieved that there were no concerns for me and my four teenage daughters staying here. It's about a 20 minute walk to many of the major tourist sites in Rome, but we are in good health, so it posed no problem for us. Our rooms were fairly small and the mattresses a bit hard, but we fit in fine and slept soundly overall. The bathrooms were clean and rooms made and replenished daily, which was a pleasant surprise. We had some difficulty with the shower door and shower head to avoid flooding the room, but finally figured it out. The air conditioning was much appreciated in hot summer weather. The front desk staff was welcoming and helpful. We felt perfectly safe during our stay both in and around the hotel, which is located at the end of a dead-end street with restaurants nearby. There was even a security door at the entrance to our hallway for added safety. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if being near the train station is preferred.

Better mattresses would be welcome.

We liked everything. For a two-star hotel it exceeded our expectations. The room was quite big. It was warm as there was both heating and an A/C. The room was being cleaned every day and the beds were made, the towels were also changed on a daily basis as well. The location was also perfect as the hotel is located very close to one of the main stations in Rome but at the same time it is quiet. So, I liked everything.

Bed was comfortable and the AC worked really well, which is a big plus during summer. We also had a small balcony with view on the street. The staff was really nice, they allowed us to leave out luggage at the reception, when he had to check out. And the location is in a nice, quiet street but still very close to the attractions and the main station(10min walk). I really recommend this place. The staff also reccomended us where to eat and gave us a discount for one restaurant.

All staff working there are super friendly and helpful. It is super close to the train station and kind close to all the places we wanted to visit as well. I recommend two restaurants nearby: La familia, Il Cuore Di Napoli Ribelle. Danesi Caffe is super good for breakfast.

There might be tiny ants in the room (after I accidentally dropped some sugar water on the floor).

We loved the location. Every famous building is near, and easy to reach them on foot. On the reception there were 3-4 different people, but all of them were speaking English well, and they were really helpful. Around the hotel were many good restaurants and small shops. The Termini railway station is 10 minutes walk.

The bad wasn't so comfortable. For 3 nights it was ok. But if you stay longer than a weekend, it could be a bad experience

Great location for getting to and from the train station easy walking to see sights if you like walking Staff were amazing. Welcoming and helpful. Rooms were great. Awesome air con and comfy beds. Also having a washing machine was great. Washes clothes well. Very refreshing stay

Be aware there is no lift. We knew that so it was ok. Apartment is on forth floor.
