I recently stayed for six days, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. Maurizio was incredibly friendly and accommodating. As a first-timer in Rome, I really appreciated how he reached out before my arrival to guide me on how to get to the location. He also provided me with a map of Rome and tips on visiting popular tourist spots, along with recommendations for the best local places to enjoy pizza, food, and gelato! Even though I was always rushing out to work in the mornings, I was pleasantly surprised to find a croissant waiting for me in my room when I returned. The room was spotless and cleaned daily. Thank you, Maurizio, for making my stay so enjoyable!

Maurizio left nothing to chance. From the moment we arrived we could see his attention to detail. Firstly, there was a parking garage very close around a corner from B&B Easy. It was extremely easy to find and convenient. Upon arrival there were delicious snacks including focaccia and wine. The shared kitchen was so well organized. Each room had its own space in the fridge and a breakfast/snack basket as well. The room was immaculately clean and well organized for an excellent stay. The proximity to Rome was so convenient. We love to walk so it was about 25 minutes to get to the area of the Colosseum. I highly recommend staying here. We were able to walk to a great restaurant and there was a coffee shop nearby.

My stay at this accommodation was absolutely fantastic! The location is ideal, with great connections to all the major attractions and important places. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the room was perfectly equipped with everything we needed. The beautiful balcony was a wonderful bonus! The host Mauricio was incredibly kind, radiating positive energy and an excellent sense of humor. Every restaurant and location he recommended was top-notch and truly enhanced our experience. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

The facility and our room were both clean and quite modern, clearly having been updated in the recent past. Everything worked the way it should and we had no problems with our room. Maurizio was easily accessible via WhatsApp and he responded quickly to the questions we had during our stay. The shared kitchen was small but well-equipped and large enough to allow multiple people to eat at the same time. The room had multiple chargers available that worked with our different phones and battery packs, which was very convenient. The a/c worked well and the TV with Netflix was a nice touch. The train station is a five-minute walk and there's a bus stop even closer than that. The neighborhood is residential so there are a few supermarkets nearby and a number of places to eat. We recommend the gelato shop across the street!

The quality of your stay will be at least partially dependent upon who else is staying there at the same time. We noted that we could hear the conversations of the people next to us on our last night and even the sound of them hanging up clothes in the wardrobe was quite clear. It didn't go on too late but should you have a noisy neighbor it would not be ideal. Prior to that night, however, we heard nothing and slept well. It should be noted that if that's the biggest problem with a place then you don't have much to complain about.

We have spent 6 days in Rome and really enjoyed our stay in B&B. Great location, 4 min from metro Pyramide. Daily cleaning in the room, we have found all the necessary items necessary for us there and even more, say hello to Alice from me :). The bathroom was also fine, and even micellar water and shaving machines were present. There are always snacks in the kitchen, good coffee machine and it is really very clean. Maurizio was very helpful and kindly shared good spots for photos and dining nearby dwelling. Excellent choice, from my point of view.

It's very clean and everyday is getting clean as well, the location is close to both metro and the train to airport just a few min walk. 🤩 Nice cafe and restaurants around the place that are open to midnight! The host is so nice and helpful, let me check in sooner as well! The facilities are also very good and new! The kitchen also well equipped.

The place location is in a busy street so you have to keep the window close at night but luckily there is air conditioning so no real problem😄 The only thing I can think of is that the smell of cleaning product could linger so they should leave some windows open duringthe day!

Maurizio is the most wonderful and kind host. He makes sure everything is perfect and is always available for any questions. The location of the B&B is perfect, with Ostiense trainstation (connection to airport) and Piramide metrostation nearby. If you'd rather walk it's about 20 minutes to either Circo Massimo or Trastevre neighbourhood. The room is modern, clean with a comfortable bed and a luxury shower. Maurizio provides the breakfast basics such as coffee, milk, cereal, yoghurt and a fresh croissant. There is a supermarket around the corner if you want anything else. This was my 3rd stay and i will definately be back. As a solo traveler i felt completely safe here.

Our group of 8 from Hong Kong occupied all 4 rooms for 5 nights. Firstly everything is immaculate and spotlessly clean. Rooms & kitchen have everything you need hair dryer, iron Netflix, massive tv screen, wifi (all top quality). Don't be put off by the graffiti near the front door, it is everywhere in Rome. The area is very safe and has all types of resonably priced food outlets, small resturants and shops nearby. Mauirzo is fanstastic(I don't have to repeat previous comments). I would add he has whatsapp and can use google translate, so is you have non english speakers non problem. He assisted me to book car/van Airport, to Vatican etc.. all good. the B&B Easy location is excellent. Airport, Civiticchia, rome attraction 2 railway stations (Ostia is a good day trip from one of the stations) and metro station 5 minutes walk, I buy a travel card 100 minutes from nearby kiosk and take bus , the bus stop is outside B&B and has 4 routes to center of Rome.. also Mauirzo kepps the food & drinks fully stocked 24 hrs a day and the excellent breakfast room could sit 8 if us. I would strongly suggest stay B&B Easy, Roma Termini, is is infected with pickpockets. One of my group commented thus is better than a 5 star hotel, this is an understatment, it is far better, Mauirzo assists with any question and I kept telling him for the price we pay he is too generous and helpful. I would also add everything works and seems like new. Over the past 50 years of travelling the world I have never encountered such a fantastic place (at a bargain price) with excellent host. The place is very close to the bus stops and the train station. There's the most delicious gelatto in Rome right across the street, and Maurizio, the owner of the hotel, is a really excellent guide! The restaurants he recommended and the locations he suggested to go and see were very nice, and it is also in a very safe location in terms of environment. There are perfect details in the room such as make-up remover, hair straightener and shaving foam.

The only negative thing to say is that it does not have a special breakfast, there are special foods placed in boxes in the kitchen for your room, you should not expect an open buffet style breakfast.
