The location is perfect, very clean and it's really great, sheets and towels as white as snow are changed once every two days. The check-in solution is excellent. When I had something to fix, they immediately replaced it with a new one. Chapeau!

There are no facilities and no lobby, the public kitchenette adjacent does not invite use. The room is small, it's not a criticism, it's just worth knowing.

Perfect location - everything is within near proximity while locating on a street away from bigger Roma buzz. I stayed in a room 2B that was a decent size, well equipped and with very nice Italian view from window :). I really liked that room had a small safe and lots of surfaces in bedroom and bathroom. A small detail that I really loved was an empty basket in bathroom where to store self-care products (so useful for longer stay). Also big praise to the cleaning lady, she was really lovely and helpful. Definitely would recommend - this place has some charm and character in a best way.

Nothing significant... But table had wooden slat detached that was supported only with chairs. It should be fixed as it could cause tears in clothes or give pinches. Also, more drinking glasses would be excellent - my section kitchenette had only one glass for two rooms.

The location was fab! We stayed for 3 nights over new years and really enjoyed our time. The rooms were very warm and clean. The staff (Roberto and his cleaner) were extremely accommodating.

For the price we pay, you could do with investing in comfier mattresses and bedding. We also noticed there were a lot of headboards in one of the three rooms we rented that were totally loose and served absolutely no purpose whatsoever. Except for making huge amounts of noise during the night when anyone moved or turned in the bed and taking up room.

Great location, very nice staff, facilities (cutlery, small oven, fridge, hairdryer, etc.), safety (you need to pass three big iron doors to get into the room and the window is barred), old building gives the place proper authenticity.

Blanket (the blanket itself, not the sheets) was dirty, had a few black hairs of unknown origin. For the great location you pay with old damp building (smells accordingly, but nothing too bad) and rather noisy nights (the street outside is relatively live, even at night).

1- the location is perfect and in the center and all the facilities are around us and we can go by the feet’s. 2- Roberto was helpful and communicated with us before two days of the trip, and gave us all the nice restaurants and locations that we should visit and once i need anything he answered me quickly, and was supportive all the time. 3- the room was clean and the cleaning lady was very nice and helpful. I will recommend it to all and i will comeback again for sure.

Great stay great location....we walked everywhere..Hotel is a bit dated but great for families with a big spacious room and kitchen ...Roberto was great and very helpful and knowledgeable.Overall relaxing stay

A microwave would be a huge bonus.Beds were hard and somewhat uncomfortable.Cable TV would be great when tired from walking.Would have liked to be able to leave luggage on last day...so we could enjoy our last day wandering around Rome

Bollo is centrally located to everywhere. We walked everywhere with no problem. It’s incredibly clean and very quiet. Roberto at the front desk spoke very good English. He helped us get taxi’s and offered excellent advice. The restaurant he suggested was so good.

I couldn’t figure out how to work the AC. I told Roberto and it was working after we returned from our tour. I don’t know if it was me or the AC unit.

We were pleasantly surprised by the accommodation. The neighborhood is gorgeous, close to all attractions within walking distance. The building itself is old and you really get into the spirit of the city, there are several doors that need to be unlocked to get into the room which is en-suite, there is a corridor outside which has a small kitchen which is shared with more one room, no one bothers anyone, the refrigerator is enough for everyone to put what they have taken. The bathroom is long and narrow but fully functional, the room is also narrow but has everything you need, for two people it is perfect, after all, you go to Rome not to sleep, but to enjoy the eternal city , walking through it! The shutters on the windows are an absolute jewel, the arrangement of the ceiling creates a great coziness, every 2 days it is cleaned and towels and sheets are changed. The hosts are extremely nice and friendly, we would definitely come back to this place again!

Apartment is located perfectly. You can reach everywhere just walking. There are good cafes around. Stuff is very friendly and helpful. I spoke with receptionist Roberto. The best man ever. He helped with everything, gave me map and some recommendations.

Had some problems with hot water early in the mornings. Could hear everything what's going on next door, in the corridor or outside. But it wasn't that bad, because area is pretty quite.
