Great location - close to Piazza Navona, Campo de Fiori, Pantheon, Vatican - step outside the door and you’re in the thick of things. Also an easy €10 cab ride to/from Termini Lovely breakfast in the dining room with views of the city outside Situated in a beautiful Roman apartment building with excellent lift Welcoming and friendly staff

Everything was great

Extremely clean, central location and very kind, pleasant and friendly staff. The added bonus is the continental breakfast and they were also kind enough to make us a breakfast basket the night before as we had an early flight. They also ordered a limousine to take us to the airport and the agency charges only 5 euros extra for the service. Overall a great stay at the hotel and we would like to thank all the staff there for their kind hospitality.

The walls are a little thin so you can hear your neighbours! Fortunately most of the guests were quiet so it wasn't too much of a problem! Also the rooms are slightly on the small side, but perfectly adequate for a city centre hotel.

The hotel's location is perfect for tourists, with most attractions just a 15-minute walk away. Additionally, the nearby bus stop offers frequent service to farther points of interest. Housed in a beautifully renovated historic building, our triple room was spacious, impeccably clean, and very quiet. The good breakfast was included in the rate. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and eager to assist with navigating Rome. I highly recommend this hotel for couples or families of three seeking a memorable vacation stay in the city.

Position is unbelievable, staff are lovely. Breakfast was adequate, we were very comfortable,great air conditioning and it was really hot when we were there. Negative was no milk in the fridge for coffee and the pillows were a bit flat. But genuinely, we would stay there again. Thank you, Daniel in reception was wonderful.

As I said, no milk for the coffee or tea in your room, inflexible with check in time. Our flight from Australia (travelled 25 hrs) arrived at 8.30 am and they were happy to hold our cases but we literally walked Rome in 35 degree heat feeling like zombies and couldn't check in before 2.30. pillows on the bed too flat. Otherwise no other complaints and I would definitely stay there again

Excellent location, very clean, beautiful marble entrance halls and ironwork on the lift, friendly staff, very good quality sheets and pillowcases, hot shower, and we had a spacious room with lovely high ceilings. Simple but adequate breakfast. We used the aircon as heating in winter time.

I think other people have said that the WiFi was a bit intermittent and whilst there was no outside noise, there was corridor noise - but everyone was very respectful when we stayed.

The hotel is located in one of the best areas in Rome - about 1 minute from Piazza Navona and a couple minutes from Campo de Fiori - completely safe and always something to do. There are a ton of great restaurants, sites, history, ruins, and shopping within minutes and it's so convenient. It's a really lively and awesome area, but the room was relaxing. From the hotel, the Colosseum, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, St. Peter's Basilica, Trastevere, Castel Sant'Angelo, and soooo many other sites are within a short walk. We only took a cab to go to the Borghese Museum, although that is walk-able also. The hotel was very clean and the staff are great, friendly, and helpful. I appreciate that the staff is there to check you in and out and available from early morning til evening. Other places I've stayed I had to put my passport into an app, send it off and then they give me a code to get in the building and room. Having staff there is so much better. Also, the building felt secure as you need a key to get in the main entrance, take the elevator to your floor and you need a key to enter your hallway where your room is, then you need a key for your room. Will stay at Hotel Primavera when I go to Rome. When we stayed it was rated as 2 stars but we all thought it should be rated higher.

Breakfast was simple but adequate. There were cold cuts, cheeses, bread, fruit and cereal choices.

The restaurant downstairs creates a lot of noise. The city dictates the noise must stop by 11 PM. If this is an issue for you, request an interior room. We were moved within 10 minutes of complaining. The staff really works at taking care of the customers.

I chose this property based on the location and previous reviews. It did not disappoint. The location is absolutely perfect for getting around the center of Rome. The rooms are very clean and kept clean, the staff was always smiling and happy to help in any way. Michele and Izabela, we're absolutely amazing. Very helpful in every way possible. this location is very close to Piazza Navona and the pantheon. Plus many restaurants. also the bus stations are right outside the door, also the taxi stand is right there. down the road about a minute away is a very nice little place where you can buy cappuccino and espresso and desserts. run by two older gentlemen. The best place to go for that morning jolt. I highly recommend this place in every way and I cannot even think of anything at all negative to say about it. It is perfect.
