decor was beautiful

obviously a few teething issues being so new. Also the ztl issue is a problem and will cause more problems going forward. Guests should at least have opportunity to drive to hotel and drop off/collect luggage without penalty. I was also given incorrect information after an enquiry about local market which meant I unfortunately missed it. An informed conscierge might be helpful.

Location is excellent. Central but not so touristy. We walked pretty much everywhere in Rome. The hotel is new and has charming decor and great rooms. As we were celebrating our anniversary, we requested an upgrade, and they provided it for us. Beautiful rooms, perfect breakfast. The highlight is the staff: Francesco, Giovanna, and Melania at the front desk are kind and helpful, and their warmth feels genuine. Alessia in the breakfast service is also brilliant. It definitely feels like we are in a house (casa) during the stay as it doesn't have that many rooms, so it feels cozy enough that we don't have that overbearing feeling of staying in an impersonal chic hotel. Would for sure come back.

e most perfect place in Rome! Stayed here for an anniversary trip, and was so grateful that Casa Monti were our accommodations. The staff was outstanding, and gave us the warmest welcome! Giovanni was so kind, and checked in on us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. We also were graciously greeted by Milania, Francesca, & LauraDonna during our stay. They were all very kind, and helpful leaving us personal hand written notes. It brought us Joy! The property is absolutely gorgeous. Impeccable attention to detail. The robes, towels, and pillows are so plush. The velvet slippers are luxe, and the decor looks like something out of architectural digest! The dipping pool and spa are also a beautiful touch fit for a Queen! It is also in the perfect location. Quietly tucked away, but still comfortably close to all the site, shops, and restaurants . We walked to the Colosseum and the Trevi Fountain! This is the Best option when staying in Rome, and we are excited to come back!

I choose this fairly new hotel purely based on the design. If you're bored of identikit hotels with interiors of beige and grey, this is the place for you. The design and attention to details was superb and I was rather wow'd by it. I've never been given night time Meltonin / CBD gummies before, which gave me the best nights sleep in ages - an unexpected, but very nice touch! Staff were all super friendly and very helpful. I will stay here again next time I'm back in Rome.

It's hard to find things I didn't like, but bacon at breakfast would be nice. They did have superb Italian ham but I like bacon with my eggs. A small complaint I know.

There is no corner of Casa Monti (and we made sure to explore every corner!) where the designer hasn't created a charming vignette that winks at its home city and neighborhood. Even the hallway, usually the most boring part of any hotel, has wallpaper with hilarious mythological figures and carpet that pulls in the house color palette—mustard, vermillion, maroon, aqua, mint. We stayed in a two-bedroom suite, and it was a maximalist riot of upholstered walls, patterned divans, and purposefully mismatched marbles—yet a thoroughly restful and comfortable place to call home. We were traveling with my father-in-law for a homecoming to his hometown in Italy and his favorite thing about Casa Monti was how kind and authentic the staff throughout the hotel were. He felt completely welcome and at ease. We enjoyed cappuccinos in the first-floor bar when we dropped off our luggage, liquore di camomilla on the patio with the lion fountain on the way to check-in, a massage in the spa with an amazing panoramic view of Rome, drinks on the rooftop at sunset (highly recommend Il Girovago cocktail and fried zucchini blossoms!), and dinner with langoustine pasta in the restaurant upstairs (fourth patio of the day!) For breakfast, the eggs with fresh herbs and yogurt with whole hazelnuts was a treat. It was a short cab ride to Ponte Garibaldi to eat carciofi alla giudia for lunch and stroll around Trastevere for the afternoon. You can also walk downhill to grab a granita di caffe in the morning, and stroll up the Scalinata dei Borgia to see San Pietro in Vincoli with Michelangelo's Moses. The boutiques on Via del Boschetto and other side streets are great window shopping. And if you love amaro, the motherships Enoteca Angelini dal 1890 and Enoteca Chirra are just a stone’s throw away. I cannot wait to have an excuse to stay here again—or to visit Casa Monti’s sister hotels in France!

This Hotel and the staff working at Monti are extremely special! The hospitality we experienced from our arrival (arrival drink, hotel tour), the day to day interactions with staff; even the GM assisting me to get cigars near by and making sure we got a download on Monti and the history of the area, shops, etc. made us feel like Royalty. Thank you Andrea and team, we will def be back & shout out to the design team as well, stunning finishes all around!

Beautifully designed, brand-new hotel in the city center. We loved the quirky design, the food and drinks (in both the restaurant and bar), and the location (as everything was within walking distance). The staff was very polite and always very helpful. It truly feels very homey, which we loved.

We liked everything, but to be ultra-picky, their pillows could be more comfortable (even though there is a selection of two different types). I also wish the CBD night gummies were replenished every night as part of the turn-down service (we only received them the first night).

This is an absolutely beautiful hotel in a great location in the Monti area. Everything from our reception with the welcome drink to the bar and restaurant was perfect. The staff were all exceptionally kind and helpful, we felt very welcome and comfortable here. The interiors were so beautiful and we really loved the style. So many cool details, not only in the decor but also sweet touches like the lovely snacks in the room. Loved the small boutique feel with all the luxury amenities and privacy of super high end hotels. Everything felt very luxurious. I'm not going to be able to stay anywhere else in Rome after this! Thank you so much! Wish we could have stayed longer!!

Exceptional new hotel in an old district of the city. It is a holistic art experience thanks to the brave designer. Yet the ambiance there is very friendly and simple, like instead of being a client in a hotel you feel almost like an invited guest. Our sometimes a bit special wishes were fulfilled easily and to the point, no fuss! Would love to go back!
