The location is so good. Its 7min to trevi fountain, 5min to pantheon, 15min to piazza del popolo by walking. The room was clean and has enough space for luggages. The furniture was old but looks good. The room has mini bar and small gardrope, also there were shampoo, soap etc in bathroom. The view from the terrace of the hotel was great. Especially in sunset time, sitting here is cozy. They let me to leave my luggages after check out, this was important for me. The breakfast was satisfactory.

There could be more variety for breakfast. For example: tomato, cucumber, olives etc. One of the staff asked me where i come from, and when i answered he did a joke, and i didnt like it. I think no one should make a joke about nationality.

Location just on the edge of the old city (central for access to the rest of the city and peaceful for evening strolls), rooftop breakfast terrace with magnificent views to landmarks across the city and beyond, lovely friendly staff all seemed genuinely committed to looking after us, interesting view from my room, just the right size hotel for me, no big groups of guests.

I'd have liked a walk-in shower, but the shower-over-bath was well-designed so with a bit of care I managed fine. The electronic room-lock never unlocked first time.

Location is perfect! Very close to everything, very save for a solo woman traveler. very friendly staff, any problem I had they fix it right away. Shower was great - strong flow and hot water.

It is a a spring mattress and I felt them in my back which bother me to sleep. The room is smaller than the picture, got a bit disappointed at first especially that it was so expensive but I was out all day so I didn't notice it afterwards.

It started with the email correspondence with Danilo, who was very kind and I was happy to meet him when I arrived, and of course with Rebecca and Tatiana, who helped a lot, The clerk who received us was charming and made sure we got the rooms quickly and an excellent upgrade, During the entire stay we enjoyed the good attitude of the entire staff. The location is perfect, the food is excellent, we would be very happy to recommend it.

On the last day we were in 4 rooms, and we asked to have one room for everyone until the time of the flight, (about 3 hours) and for that, we paid 100 euros, we were a little disappointed, and the amount was very unreasonable, but we took it anyway.

Good location, nice lobby and personnel.

Some of the rooms are a bit dated. Since it is locatef in front of the parlament, there is a lot of police outside. Probably very safe though, but you have to ask to pass fences. A little bit to walk from where the taxi could stop.

Excellent location, spacious room, quiet and the great view from breakfast balcony.

There is no free water in the lobby\reception that is very basic especially during the hot summer days. The water pressure in the shower could be better (5th floor).

Location of Colonna Palace is fantastic, in the heart of Rome, close to Pantheon and Fontana di Trevi. I walked to Spanish stairs and Colosseum as well. Hotel arranged for me to be picked up at the airport which made a journey less stressful. My double room on the 6th floor was specious, the bathroom was clean and the bed comfortable. The windows were small and the room was a bit dark, but I didn't mind that, since I only slept in the room - there were so many nice things to see in the close vicinity of the hotel. Breakfast was good - scrambled eggs, cheese, salami, ham, croissant, bread bun, butter, selection of jams, Nutella, and honey, excellent coffee, tea, but no fresh fruit, which I didn't mind. Breakfast was served at a roof terrace with lovely views, I really enjoyed my morning coffee there. I would gladly stay at Colonna Palace again and I recommend it to single travellers or couples on vacation.

One particular member of staff could have been a bit more polite, others were great.

There was a door that opened into the bed area which opened into the middle of the room bar fridge is useless as drinks were barely cold and not able to put any personal water bottles in there not ideal in 37 degrees heat and high humidity air con kept changing to a higher temperature again not good in the heat and humidity of Rome

The staff for the breakfast and the cleaning employees were excellent. The main office staff was very helpful if we had any concerns. We would recommend this hotel also, because it is very easy to walk to all the major sights. :)

The location is amazing.

For what you pay and that it’s supone to be a 4 star hotel. The service is not that good. Grumpy receptionist. I asked for a taxi and she never told me I hay to wait for it outside. ( I just saw another guest waiting inside and the taxi men came in to pick them up, not me jaja ) We left the room and our flight was late so we had to wait in the lobby which is beautiful decorated and has tables for drinks. So we had a sandwich we wanted to eat before the flight, and literally they kicked us out to the heat !! The rooms need a little upgrade. The rug is old and smells. I had to take the shoes of to walk inside and not bring more dirt from outside to it.
