Location of the hotel is fantastic, walkable to most of the tourist attractions but in a nice quiet back street surrounded by great bars and restaurants. Hotel staff super friendly and helpful Cleanliness of the room was first class

Room booked was with a balcony which it did have but, so small it was very hard for two people to use at the same time. Room was a good size and plenty of space for extra storage which was lacking, a few drawers for clothes would be a nice addition. Breakfast options could be better but what we had was great Whilst rooms are well sound proofed the entrance door to the room had a large gap at the bottom so when people returning to their rooms along the corridor it was quite noisy. Simple fix to the bottom of the door would suffice. The above are by no means detractors to a great hotel but honest feedback from our own experience and could improve our experience in the future.

What a wonderful hotel. It had a lot of charm and personality, it was very personable and I felt the staff knew us by the end, they were friendly and welcoming and nice to see the same people in the restaurant daily. Location was stellar, you could and we did walk to everything! Colosseum yup no problem, Pantheon only 5min walk, Trevi -8mins or so, everything was so accessible. Was only 20 mins from the train station and the hotel arranged very comfortable transport to and from the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay.

Nothing... was exactly what we were looking for.

It’s very modernly furnished, with beautiful decor and also a sofa in the room! The bed was extremely comfortable and we slept very well as it was very quiet. Showering facilities were great too. All staff is very friendly and helpful and go out of their way to accommodate and make you feel welcome.

Room can be cleaner. The area where there’s the telephone was very dusty so it did look like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The fact there’s no lift might be an issue for some. This should be clear on the sites where advertised.

Boutique hotel with all the uniqueness one should experience in Rome. A stunning hotel set over two buildings with street views and inner courtyard views. Rooms are all very unique due to being in a traditional building. Situated in the heart of Rome and very easy walking distance to all the sights - the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and Pantheon all very much “on your doorstep”. Breakfast is served in the small bistro downstairs and the staff are incredibly helpful and flexible. Coffee is of course excellent. We did eat at the Bistro one night as we had been on our feet all day and we were very lucky to get a table. Reservations highly recommended. Italian with a modern twist - very special. Cocktails are also excellent. We were in Rome for a rather warm November, the ACs had been switched to Heating which really wasn’t needed. The staff provided us with standing fans to accompany the open windows (we had a courtyard view) which worked a treat. Overall absolutely loved our stay here. Would absolutely return!

Shower did run hot and then cold. Struggled to maintain hot water. We did raise this with maintenance but it was not resolved before we left. Hotel couldn’t do enough to help us and were very apologetic. My parents were in a room nearer the main door and didn’t have the same issues.

The hotel is ideally located in a central area, close to major landmarks and excellent restaurants, making it perfect for exploring the city. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, and we were delighted to receive an upgrade to a larger, beautifully spacious room. The breakfast was a highlight, with a wide variety of options, beautifully presented, and all very delicious.

The restaurant area is relatively small, so during peak breakfast hours, finding a seat to enjoy a relaxed start to the day can be challenging. Additionally, the room could benefit from better soundproofing, as street noise—such as early-morning trash collection—was audible, along with sounds from other guests entering their rooms. Another consideration is accessibility: the hotel may not be ideal for guests with mobility issues, as there are a few steps to navigate before reaching the elevator. Addressing these areas would greatly improve the overall experience.

A really lovely little place - we would stay there again. The location was perfect for what we wanted - 10mins (or less) walk to Campo de Fiori, Pantheon and Piazza Navona and only a few minutes further to cross over the Tiber to Trastavere where the best restaurants are. It took us about 35 mins to walk to the Colosseum but that was not a problem for us. You can walk to the Campidoglio, Trevi fountain and Spanish Steps easily. A lovely location to explore the back streets in and around Via del Corso. There is breakfast in the restaurant downstairs which does excellent strong coffee. We had not booked breakfast ahead of time so that we had the flexibility to wander around cafes in the morning but on a couple of days we just went down and added it to our stay. We were met by helpful staff who gave us a map and showed us the best places to get views over the city and get off the beaten path. The room was clean with a quiet A/C unit. There is a lift if you have heavy luggage. Nice and quick to get to from the station (a cab cost us 12 euros)

The location was great. The staff were friendly, warm and accommodating. The room and bathroom were nicely decorated and appeared to be new. Everything was super clean. I felt very safe at the hotel - even walking in at night. The included breakfast was nice.

The room and bathroom were smaller than I expected for a suite. The bed was comfortable enough, but the pillows were not. The room and bathroom did not have enough lighting. There was no dresser or drawers for clothes. Only 2 open wardrobe areas. The hair dryer provided was not working or just had little to no power. I wish I had known to reserve a room with 2 windows and possibly a terrace. I tried to change rooms, but unfortunately they were completely booked.

We stayed at this property both the beginning and end of our trip and lived it! The location is exceptional and you are working short walking distance to the Pantheon and Spanish Steps. The accommodation small but perfectly functional. On our second stay we were kindly upgrade to a suite which had more space. There is a lift in the building but still some stairs to get up or down to rooms. The restaurant downstairs has lovely breakfast and drinks/food throughout the day. The staff a very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend as a location to stay when in Rome!

Not close to public transport but accessible for taxis

The room was beautiful and spacious. The towels were so soft, thick and fluffy, if they had a robe for sale from the same material, I would have bought it. The breakfast was lovely. Not a buffet breakfast but plenty of choice and food. I actually preferred it to a buffet breakfast as there is less waste and you don't over eat. The staff are absolutely lovely and professional. We ordered a taxi transfer from the airport and it went smoothly and showed a level of professionalism. I cannot stress how super central the hotel is to the main sites.

I am used to sleeping in very quiet settings, so the sound of ongoing traffic from the room did keep me up sometimes. Perhaps if you are like me, request a room that doesn't overlook the road.

As soon we arrived we was surprised with an upgrade. The staff was awesome, Amazing signature cocktails.
