The friendly and welcoming staff were absolutely amazing and made us feel right at home (Valeria and the guy who does the breakfast. Very sorry I didn't catch his name!) The location was absolutely perfect. Further enough away from the super busy areas around trevi but within a 15 minute walk of everything you could possibly want to see, including the colleseum less than 5 minutes away. We loved the relaxed feel to the hotel. If you want a large hotel with 24hr room service and a bar/lobby, this isn't the one. However, if you're looking for something more relaxed and quiet, with this hotel you'll get; - A super comfortable, clean apartment with absolutely lovely staff that give you a personal service - A great location next to the colleseum/some amazing restaurants, - A lovely breakfast that feel like you're relaxing having breakfast in your own kitchen We plan on coming back here later next year and will look forward to seeing the staff again!

I literally can't fault it. It gave us everything we wanted from location, facilities, price, and comfort.

Great location, with short walks to Metro, buses, Coliseum and restaurants. Valeria, the manager was just amazing. She recommended restaurants, booked our cab, shared great info and made sure we had a nice breakfast every morning. The fact that breakfast was included was really appreciated! The location was ideal, walking distance to the Coliseum and other attractions. We were able to return to the apartment and freshen up during the day and head out into the heat again. Valeria was awesome, so friendly and helpful . Would return here again and recommend it to others.

This is a great guest house. Extremely friendly staff and the location is excellent. We were made to feel very welcome and everyone was very helpful. We found our room to be extremely comfortable and the bed was great.

The property is part of a residential building, which is situated in-between two metro lines: A and B, quite easy to reach by public transport and it's very close to the Colosseum, just a couple of minutes by foot, ideal for a couple that want a centric location. Breakfast was served in the room, with plenty of sweet pastries, but slightly weak on the proteins side. To accompany the food we could ask anything, by phoning the reception number, from juices to caffeinated hot drinks. The staff was also able to meet our request for an improved savoury breakfast the second morning of our stay, offering us an abundant ration of delicious scrambled eggs and bacon. The staff was very welcoming and available for any inquiry, offering information about what to sightsee and how to get there. The room was very clean, having daily housekeeping, changing towels with clean ones and placing new toiletries in the bathroom. Room was quite isolated from external noises, whilst facing towards a main street with a large window. Room was also well lit, both from natural and artificial light, and had also a clothes rack and a minifridge with two bottles of water as a welcome gift. The bed was large and comfy.

- The clothes rack could benefit from a few more hangers. - One bed light did not turn on. - The free room upgrade offered by booking.com was not applied - The check-in instruction indicated on the reservation of booking.com (address, stairs and floor) indicated a different property from the one assigned to us at arrival.

The staff were very friendly and kind. The room was clean and tidied up every morning. The hotel was very close to Colosseo and two minutes from the bus stop.

Because I was traveling with a colleague, we specifically requested a room with two separate beds. But they gave us a normal size double bed. The next night and after our complaint, they changed our room, but we could not sleep well the first night. And that was very annoying for us. The quality of breakfast was medium and some breads were hard and boiled eggs were always brought from the fridge. There was only one chair in our double room and one of us had to sit on the floor or bed for breakfast. The shampoos were so small that they were only enough for short men's hair.

Location was amazing, almost next to the Colosseum. We didn't need any public transformation. Our room was very clean. Breakfast was pleasant and staff was very friendly (special thanks to Valeria and Claudia). You can ask about the perfect places to taste delicious pizza and pastas around. If we go to Rome again, this place will definitely be our first choice.

Our first night we were in the room just behind the reception and unfortunately there were a lot of noise in the middle of the night ( 1 am and 3 am) while other people were coming their room. But next morning we told this situation to the staff and they immediately offer us a more silent room. Problem is solved for us!

All guests were lovely and quiet so it wasn’t a problem for us, but if you did have noisy neighbouring guests you would be able to hear loud noises.

All of the staff were amazing, helpful and very accommodating during our stay. Especially Valeria who was so friendly when we arrived after getting lost! She took the time to show us a map and give us recommendations for food and tourist attractions around Rome. Breakfast was delicious, with a variety of food and served straight to your room. They even brought breakfast early for us on our last day before we went to the airport. Rooms were nice and simple and had everything we needed. Free wifi in the rooms was also good. Would highly recommend! Me and my sister would definitely come again! :)

Location is great, the stuff is amazing (Valeria is very kind, helpful and funny). everything is clean, the breakfast is good! we enjoyed everything :) we usually never use paper maps, but the one Valeria created is very helpful :) thanks again for being so great!

you can’t really change it, but it was really dark in the room where we stayed, since there is only a small window to the backyard, you basically almost don’t have a day light. so it feels very dark and you never know what is the time.
