The room looked just like the pictures, it was very clean and tidy. Bed linen is changed every three days. The b&b is located near the metro station and many bus stops, therefore it is easy to use the public transportation even at night. The train station is also at walking distance, so you can easily go to the beach or to the airport. There are some shops nearby as well. The breakfast had many options to choose from, although not many salty ones (we missed the cold cuts and also some veggies and fruits). We even had gluten and lactose free options which was very nice! All in all we would recommend this b&b, Eleonora is very nice and the hospitality was great🥰

Super clean, good location close to bus station, supermarket and relatively close to metro station. Eleonora is a great host who is responsive and helpful. The room is tidied up daily and everything changed every 3 days. Good coffee.

Sound isolation is not great you can hear a lot from the neighbors (from other apartments and adjacent rooms). Bathroom is quite tiny, moving inside the shower cabin is difficult. Not allowed to throw toilet paper inside the toilet. The breakfast is quite rudimentary and mainly consists of sweet packed in plastic pastry. There is milk and cereal. No fruit, meat, etc. It’s fine for a couple of days but if you stay longer then it will get boring fast (after 2 days we had to go to the supermarket to add some variety to the breakfast options).

Due to train and bus strikes we got there about 11.30 pm. Poor Eleanora had to wait for us to let us in. Very much appreciated. It was great having breakfast included. We could walk to the Colosseum and major attractions, with bus strike. Bed was comfy.

Only thing I didn't like -was the shower is very small! It was difficult for a small person, a larger person would not fit.

Lovely fresh and clean. Excellent facilities. Bed was super comfortable w excellent pillows. The host family were warm and welcoming and left us to our own devices after settling us in. Easy walk to the A Line Metro. We were able to walk to Roman Forum and Colloseum, but we like to walk :)

No remote for airconditioner. Apparently, it is against environmental laws to use during our time of stay (May)! We were fine with door to balcony open (safely 2nd story). Fresh breeze was perfect.

Everything was just great! The room was very clean and pretty, the bed was comfortable, towels and pillows were also very nice. AC worked perfect, and there is enough space in the room. Turned out the area where B&B is located was not so far from the city center, and it was really authentic and nice. I also visited two restaurants for dinner following the advice from host and enjoyed both of them. The host also allowed to leave the luggage at her place as my plane was late in the evening.

Everything! Eleanore is great! It was really home away from home. I searched alot to see where i would Stay in Rome and i cannot reccomend this place enough. Great price quality, breakfast glúten, lactose free and vegan, all the facilities, cleanliness, care and human touch. Really close to bus, 24h supermarket 1m away. Well everything. Wish i had Stay more time in Rome!

I really liked that the apartment was super clean and tidy. It is situated in a very calm and beautiful area, a little further from the hustle and bustle of the city but reachable directly from the Rome city center by bus + very short walk or metro + around 700 meters of walking. 10/10.

I'd appreciate more fresh choices at breakfast. To clarify, the selection includes a variety of bread and pastries, but I personally prefer fresh fruits over packaged items.

Excellent location, great b&b, very new, very clean, very cosy, very well kept rooms like 5 star hotel! Situated in a great quiet, safe residential region in Rome. Near metro, has a few supermarkets nearby within walking distance. Owners very kind, friendly and helpful... provides transport from Roma Termini or from airport at a competitive rate! Will stay here whenever we are back in Rome! Very highly recommended! Really Love this b&b. Thank you for giving us a good stay!

First of all host was amazing, Eleonora is there to help you with anything you need. Place is really clean and rooms are nice. Breakfast is nice also, just enough before you head out to the city to try all the food that Rome has to offer. Location is perfect sitting on metro line A which is the center line and you need 2 minutes to the station and 10 minutes to center. I will stay here next time definitely and i would suggest this place to everyone. 10/10

The room was absolutely clean and nice decorated, close to the center and close to many nice restaurants worth to eat. The host Eleonora is very sweet and she want to help you with anything you want . Last day before we leave the metro and the buses had a strike and we almost lost the flight. Eleonora take us with her own vehicle to the airport and we catch the flight. I suggest it to everyone 100%. If i visit again Rome i will definitely stay at Damiani and sister guest house ♥️😁
