Location was the main reason to stay there and it is in the center of everything. It is located on a pedestrian with a lot of shops and cafes. The room was overlooking at the pedestrian but it was quiet. While the weather was cold, the room was very warm without using the air condition. The best was Moera that was there everyday to welcome us with her big smile and her positive energy. The last day she called for a taxi for us and she even came with us downstairs to wait and make sure we will go to our destination with safe. Thank you so much Moera.

The room is very nice and with high ceilings. The bed is big but a bit hard for my taste. Other than that, nothing. Everything went nice and easy.

We arrived late and have to check-in after hours. The staff was very understanding and accommodating. They provided as much information to check-in smoothly online. The room was so clean and comfortable. Completed with snacks and coffee machine. We spoke to Moira (one of the stff) to ask if we could leave our luggage after we check-out as we still have time to walk around Rome before our flight. She had no problem with it. When we were leaving the other staff helped us carry our luggage downstairs. This hotel is highly recommended. The staffs are friendly and gave us the best customet service experience. This is very close to restaurants, and shops and walking distance to Spanish steps and Trevoli fountain.

We liked the location it was right in the center to all the attractions - only five minutes away from the Spanish steps and very close to all the other attractions. So we were able to walk everywhere. The heating worked perfectly fine, the room has a perfect size for three people and we didn’t hear anyone around us at all. The staff were all nice and always reachable, also they put so much effort that everything is in its place and clean - and that we have everything we need. Our room was next to a cart that had sweet snacks and tea, which was free to take.

The first day we didn’t have any warm water, there was i think an issue with the boiler - we texted them and they came and fixed the water later the same day.

Undoubtely a perfect location for visiting main monumental squares, artistic seightseens, hystorical Rome monuments, and main commercial streets; as well as restaurants and cafes, everything at a walking distance. Metro station nearby. Receptionists -especially Donia, on my experience- very cordial, professional, effective and eager for everything you may need. Nice, well equipped rooms, clean and comfortable. E-check in -and e-opening doors may need an optimization, but this is nothing compared to the added value of getting out the door and entering by foot the magical seights of the eternal city.

DownTown is at the second floor and it is not responsible for the condition of the very old building; if a few meters of corridor in the entrance will be restaured, the accomodation could be fairly upgrated to 5 stars.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect. We couldn’t ask for a better location, walking distance from literally everywhere. The room is clean and comfortable, very cozy. But the absolute star is Maria at the reception, she was so nice and helpful. We are leaving Rome knowing that when we’re back, we’ll definitely be staying there again.

Location was great! Room was pretty basic but had everything we required for a 3 night stay in Rome, the air con worked well and kept us cool as it was very hot in Rome when we visited.

Entry into the property required use of a phone and also due to signal needing to access the wi fi before you could access the property, this could be a bit challenging and wasn’t the easiest of processes.

The stuff was ver helpful and polite. Also the location was pretty good since we didn’t use any metro or bus to move around the city

Since it’s located in such a central road, the first night we stayed there was a bit noisy. Also the sheets didn’t smell very fresh and clean. Plus the room didn’t have any mirrors, except from the bathroom and this was creating a fuss to get ready simultaneously with the rest of the visitors.

Great location!! Amazing air conditioning and facilities in the room. Very comfortable and spacious. Shower & bathroom were also great. Would highly recommend.

Keyless doors to enter were a bit confusing/functional on entry as they require internet and there is no reception in the building so you need to access to the wifi before getting upstairs. I had to walk out of the building to gain access again.

The staff was amazing. So friendly, putting a umbreela on our doorstep when it was raining. Giving us recommendations for local restaurants. Always smiling and happy to see us.

The wi-fi was spotty. My Husband would have to go outside the room to do some business with his lap-top sec to low signal strength.

I felt unsafe , although the location was near by everything , however the building it self i didn’t felt iam safe , the reception closes at 8 PM and the staff leaves the door of the hotel open also the box that has all of the room keys was open so anyone can take the keys and open the room on me
