Great location, we were right in the centre of the city. We were within walking distance to the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps and the shops. Our location was very walkable, and there were pharmacies and convenience stores within reach. The hotel's breakfast is at the main restaurant downstairs and it served a wide variety of food throughout the day. The square downstairs has a few restaurants where you could end your day before heading upstairs to the hotel. Hot drinks are readily available at a small common area in the hotel and bottled water is available as well. Room was very comfortable, it is a very decent size for a family of four. There was also adequate storage cabinets and drawers to store our belongings. Staff were extremely responsive after we had messaged them with some enquiries, even after hours. Wifi was available and it was very easy to get a taxi to anywhere from the reception. Very happy here, will recommend.

We arrived at night and there was no staff present so did not know how to get to our hotel (which was on the 4th floor). The lift was inaccessible because we had no communication with the staff in advance. But everything was promptly sorted out once we touched base with them. Lift was a bit of a tight space as well, but we were not too bothered by it.

The staff were very attentive and responded immediately to any communication via WhatsApp They were also very helpful in organising taxis to the airport etc and following up when taxi didn’t arrive The location was fabulous. So easy to walk to any of the main sites to visit in Rome

The fact that it wasn’t a hotel suite and didn’t provide breakfast- it only had a mini bar fridge so you couldn’t actually buy breakfast supplies to store in the fridge. Luckily the cafe below opened early to purchase breakfast The passage ways smelled strongly of cigarette smoke

Location was the selling point for us. In the middle of a lot of must-see places in Rome. easy to walk to most of them. Nice piazza in upscale area- prices as expected for food etc.

difficult to find entrance. Perhaps some detailed info in the description might be useful to tourists like us not used to European style inner city hotels. The elevator was very small (not the hotel's fault-came with the building) but it had a really bad smell that didn't go away for the length if our stay.

The location is very good and very central.The piazza where the hotel is situated has nice restaurants and good shops. There also are a lot of restaurants within a very short walk from the location. All the major attractions are between 15 and 35 mins walking at an easy pace. We had a lovely view from our room looking down on the piazza that really gave you a sense that you were in Rome. The owners of the hotel, Michael and Daniel, are lovely young men who were very accommodating and helpful. They have a good working knowledge of the area and were very keen to point us in the right direction.

Location is perfect, you can reach everything in walking distance (max 30min to all sightseeings), shops & restaurants also close by. Nice suite (5th floor has 2 suites; other rooms & reception on 4th floor), large and clean. Kitchen has all you need. Nice welcome package when we arrived. Recommend you use the airport transfer.

Thin walls so you might here your neighbor when they are loud

The location is brilliant. It is a lovely building with great apartments. It is immaculately clean, comfortable and quiet even though it is in the city centre. The service, staff were very helpful, and always available. We had a slight concern with a small single bed for my very tall teenager, and another larger bed was made up immediately. Would stay again.

The suite's location is excellent, and the cleanliness is impeccable. The staff provided fantastic service, being very friendly and attentive.

However, the suite had an unusual layout. There are no windows offering street views, and accessing the kitchen is a bit complicated. Another drawback is the sofa bed placement, as accessing the bathroom requires passing through the main room, making it inconvenient.

Great staff, incredible location, clean rooms, and comfortably spacious. We didn't have to get one taxi to any attractions. Very nice room and exactly like the photos. As you are in the heart of the tourist district, all the restaurants are a little pricey, but that is to be expected.

Shower head was only 5ft tall, no iron.

The hotel was very stylish and had great facilities! The staff were friendly and helpful. Location is excellent (right near the Trevi, Spanish steps, Pantenon and lots of lovely shops and restaurants). I was very happy with our stay at Splendor Suite Rome and would highly recommend!

Location is unbelievable everything is walking distance . Great cafes nearby, discount on the cafe downstairs is great . Rooms were clean, room size and bathrooms .

So for our room the ac wasn’t working romperle Mai la because it was a unit not central so it didn’t cool all the room . The room had a faint smell of sewage even though it was visibly clean perhaps the pipes .
