Marco was very available via WhatsApp to answer any questions or concerns. It was clean and cool. The air conditioner was a blessing with it being 105 outside! The shutters made it dark at night without city lights coming in, which really helps me sleep. Also the windows were able to block out all the noise from outside city life. Also excellent location.

The shower flooded every time and shower head poured most of the water against the wall and not down on the person showering. But that wasn't anything that bothered me too much. The good much outweighed the bad.

If you want to stay close to Termini and buses connecting you with main sights in Rome - then the location is perfect! The bed was comfortable and the room was big enough for us with a baby and the crib. Despite a location in such a busy area full of people and restaurants, it's quiet in the room as windows are good. It was quiet in the apartment, too. We also liked the self check-in and good communication with the owner.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor and the lift is very tiny. It was a bit dusty under the bed.

We stayed 3 nights and it was a great base to explore Rome. It was very near the train station. The host was very helpful and responsive to messages giving clear instructions of how to gain access to our room. It had all the things we hoped for without having to ask for them such as WiFi details, extra pillows and a map of Rome. The tea and coffee facilities were an added bonus and very much appreciated.

It was an amazing stay, Marco the owner was very helpful, communication was easy, he was very flexible, the location is great, very central, the building entrance under renovation so it will be better and better,room facilities is including everything as an hotel, safe box,mini bar fridge, everyday room cleaning with changing towels, coffee machine, a cattle, water bottles ….. cleanliness and everything was amazing Moreover, we had the possibility to store our luggage after check out till our late flight… Many thanks to Marco for everything..

Very friendly staff. My family’s flights were postponed to quite late in the midnight, and the hotel staff (Marco) waited until later than 1:30AM for the check-in, thank you so much! And he has also been very helpful with recommending sightseeings in Rome and telling my family how to find the transportation to the airport, we are very satisfied with his great service. The hotel location is also very central, making it easier to get to anywhere. For people who are visiting Rome the first time it’s very convenient. Overall thanks for the positive experience!

The hotel locates in an old building so sometimes the sound insulation is a bit weak.

The host, Marco, is a very nice person. The room was clean and had everything I needed. The location is great, only two minutes away from the train station. Around 20-30 minutes away walking distance from all the main attractions like Trevi fountain, Pantheon, Colosseum. For me staying right in the historical center is not a must and I like walking and exploring so it was perfect. I definitely recommend staying here.

We loved the location of this hotel, close to Termini, shopping and restaurants. The host Marco was friendly and helpful & lovely to deal with. It has a good sized bathroom considering the size of the bedroom and a Smart TV which was a bonus, bring your passwords!

The building itself is old & dark, also the room was dark due to scaffolding outside, common with older Italian hotels though. Also we weren't in the room much. At night the neighbourhood is a bit rugged but everything's clean & tidy again in the morning. Just be sensible with purses etc.

Great location, near Termini train station, with good restaurants around, walking distance to the beautiful Santa Maria Maggiori church. Marco was kind and helpful, did everything to make us to feel comfortable. Room has a good size, cleaned everyday, comfortable beds and pilows, air conditioning, wardrobe, fridge, bottle of water provided every day.

Just some suggestions, not complains. Would be good to have some shower hagging for shampoo and soap inside shower. The shower holes were a little clogged spreading water. A simply cleaning will solve it. But nothing really that spoiled our stay.

We stayed 4 days. They cleaned every day, every day free water, coffee, tea, fresh towels. Nice and quiet due to good isolated windows.Also we did not hear any neighbors Marco is very nice and helpfull and speaks English. We would come back any time!

A cup or paper cup would have been nice. They only had very thin plastic cups,that you worry they melt when you put hot water. But actually they didn'f😊 So all good!

Firstly, Marco communicated with us few days prior to arrival and met us in the hotel. A really nice guy who caters to your needs. Room is clean and the free bottled water and coffee was great, bed was comfy enough for our liking. 2 mins from termini and bus going to major airport.

The lift is old and we just used the stairs but we don't mind that. It's more of a condo unit than a hotel which is OK. 2 mins walk from Termin so expect lots of vendors and the likes and just be extra vigilant.
