I had a one night stay at the Four Elements B&B and it was perfect for my needs. I was able to walk to the accommodation from the train station - about 10 minutes. While I wasn't in Rome to sightsee, the B&B is well placed for a number of sights such as the Roman Forum. It is also only a 20 minute walk to Via Del Corso, an excellent shopping district. My room, Earth, was nicely decorated and included a small desk. The shower was very good. It was great having a small lobby area to drop coats and shoes in. While I didn't meet the host, Pietro Maria, he was very responsive and friendly and offered some restaurant recommendations. My room price didn't include breakfast, so I'm unable to comment on that. I did have a problem with the bed linen but had I mentioned it earlier to Pietro Maria, he would have been very happy to rectify it.

The bed was a little firm for my liking but that's only personal taste. Just to note, that business starts early in Monti so to be aware that you may get some street noise.

Wonderful location. Central but on a quiet street near to restaurants and cafes. So close to the colosseum and to the cbd. Pietro the owner was so communicative and helpful at all times. Booking transport for us and being really helpful in general. Good clean space. Good size. Air conditioning and iron.

If you don’t want to share a communal space it’s not for you. We found it fine and everyone was respectful and quiet. Wifi wasn’t working properly in our room but wasn’t too difficult.

A very comfortable room with an amazing location, with easy access to all major sights whether on foot, or by public transport. The attached bathroom was clean and functional. The shared kitchen was a big bonus - especially for making breakfast and coffee. There were restaurants and a supermarket nearby. Very friendly and helpful host.

Power switches turned out to be an issue. One of the guests accidentally switched off the power switch for the fridge, and I had to bin all my food in there - perhaps that could be labelled to avoid a recurrence. Also I stuck the hair dryer into the socket in the bathroom not knowing that the pins were actually too big for the holes in the socket (needed an adapter). Had to seek the host's help to get that un-stuck, But these were relatively minor issues.

It is a very nice hotel and is close to everything in the city. When I couldn’t navigate with either Google Maps or a city map, the owner came and got me and carried my luggage to the hotel. He also helped another woman find HER hotel, which was above and. beyond. There is a nice common area with a place to make coffee, a couch, and a refrigerator. The bed is comfortable and you can walk to anything! He also recommended several restaurants. I was quite happy with our stay!

Great location, super close to key landmarks. Easy to access all public transport. Quiet even though close to main roads. Great to utilise the shared kitchen area / fridge. The owner Pietro was very lovely and accomodating and providing recommendations on what to see and where to eat :)

We stayed in the small double room, and it was a bit of a squeeze for 2 people and 2x large suitcases. Although this was the case, Pietro was very lovely and willing to provide us a room upgrade if it was available! Would be great to detail check-in process so people are aware to message on arrival since it’s in a locked building :)

The location was absolutely great! close distance to local cafeterias and restaurant and really everything else ;) the host was helpful:) bonus of ability to use Netflix ( very nice of the host ) also well working air con :) Pietro kept good contact with us on arrival.

I don't know if I missread it but I was a bit surprised to find out we had to share kitchen .. if I knew that I would not take this location as my husband doesn't like sharing rooms with others . the shower was tiny and there was no space to dry wet clothes .

Accommodation was in a great location only a short walk to almost all key Rome attractions. The room and shared area was of adequate size for a central location.

We arrived into Rome mid morning and the staff were not immediately available to hold our luggage for the day until we checked in despite organising it prior and required communication via WhatApp rather than the Booking.com App.

The accommodation was very close to all the main tourist attractions. The room and bathroom also was big enough for storage space and the wifi was fantastic! Lots of restaurants within walking distance which was affordable and delicious.

It was a 3 key setup and the keyring holding them together was loose. It was quite stressful that I might lose a key.

Pietro and Eleonora were very helpful and accommodating for our arrival and departure, explaining all we needed to know. We found it a good location to many attractions. Just a little difficult to wheel our bags over the cobblestones from the train station. The lift was also out of service, but Pietro and Eleonora helped us up and down with our luggage.

The location was perfect, you could walk to all local attractions. Many good restaurants in just 1-2 minute walk. Taliani was great for breakfast, Black market hall and the flann o’brien were good for evening drinks. The best bit about the stay was Pietro. He allowed us to check in early which was quick and easy as well as giving us tips and recommendations for Rome. He even helped us in the rest of our travels around Naples and Positano!

Room was small but perfect for what we needed. The apartment had all the things we needed. Hairdryer could do with an upgrade.
