Alex has been a wonderful host professional,caring and customer friendly, The room in Itself has gone beyond my expectations,clean very comfortable bed with Electric Kettle standard (in my case)bathroom with shower.Extremely Easy check in/ out process,He Will send you a video in English explaining the move in/out process in case you can't meet him.Elegant apartment with parquet floors and a delightful library,parking on public street i had no problems parking at night,quiet neighborhood,I've used It for personal reasons being 8 Min drive from the Gemelli hospital,however it's very close to the Cornelia metro A stop and local buses therefore The Vatican and city center are close which makes It Great for a vacation getaway.Thank you Again Alex and keep up the Great work.

Nice area, close to the Metro with local prices and absolutely lovely people. The host speaks fluent English, which is rare in Italy. He is a very nice and kind man, who knows how to provide the best hospitality service and make customers happy. Check-in was very smooth and the host explained everything. I had a couple of questions later on and he responded right away. He is always available for you, helpful and caring. My room was spotless. Cleaning standards are extremely high, close to the Four Seasons, one of the cleanest places I have stayed. The bathroom had all the toiletry you need The beds are comfy with memory foam pillows choice available and I slept like a baby. The place is super cozy with a lovely book collection. It's close to the Vatican and has nice shops and cafes nearby with local prices and great food. Excellent value for money. Will stay again when I'm in Rome, where extremely hard a find a decent place for that money.

This place is just absolutely perfect.

Good proximity to metro station, multiple stores and restaurants and yet still quiet place. Room was clean with spacious and super comfy bed, nice clean bathroom, blinds on windows

The only think what could be better is the humidity of the room, I think this is maybe not the best choise for people who suffers with allergies. Towels didnt dry after whole day and I felt it on my clothes every morning. I think a dehumidifier will make a superb accomodation out of this one :)

We had a lovely stay for our honeymoon at Casa Mia Guesthouse. Alex was fast to respond to our concerns, and allowed us to check-in early. We had no hot water due to a small boiler that didn't work properly. Alex knew about the issue, and offered us to shower in his private shower, and agreed to refund us part of our paid amount due to inconvenience... Overall, the room was clean, large, and with a comfortable bed and large towels. Also, not far from the metro stop.

Clean and tidy room and bathroom. Delicious breakfast (the most delicious croissant I've had so far). We could have asked for breakfast in the room as well as in the kitchen. But it was very nice to sit in the kitchen in the morning. Mario, the host, is very, very nice and helpful. He helped us with everything. I even got cream and medicine for my dislocated ankle. He was very attentive. The apartment was a few minutes' walk from the Cornelia metro station. We easily reached the sights from here by public transport. Our flight left in the evening on the day of departure, and we were able to leave our luggage there for the whole day. I recommend this place to everyone! If we ever return to Rome, we will definitely book a room here again.

Alex was a wonderful host. He was very helpful. The room was very clean and I am saying this as a picky person. Also, the locartion may seem far from the city center on the map. But it is actually really easy to access by train. The nearest train stop is Cornelia, which is 8-9 minutes walk-away. You can access Piazza Nouvana or Colosseum taking Line A from Cornelia. The bed was comfortable and wide enough. Excellent.

lovely place, very clean, Alex prepared two beds for us, location is very convenient, not far from bus stop. if from the FCO airport, can take shuttle bus to Aurelia, walk distance to the house. easy to check in, Alex is so friendly and quick response

Very clean room, easy check-in & check-out, near to merto/ buses, several mini markets and cafes. Location is quite far from the city center and the antic Rome, but you have different options to go there using the public transport Alex is very helpful and answers on each request quickly

It will be good to have a small refrigerator in the room

Close to a metro station. In 20 min you are in Rome. Around many places to eat cheaper than in Rome. Very friendly staff. Very good value for money

All was fine. Note street parking. We were lucky got our lot just in front of the entrance. It is free

Mario was great, he was super knowledgeable and friendly! Location was close to the metro so we were able to train everywhere. Mario us even able to provide instructions to the location upon on request which was so helpful. The place was very clean and had a great homey vibe!

The temperature of the room was uncomfortable, the AC was blowing directly at us and there was only a thin little sheet for a blanket so our options were to freeze or to turn it off and be super hot. I recommend providing the option of an actual blanket.
