Amazing hotel, would definitely recommend. The location is very safe (across from the U.S. Embassy) and within walking distance of tourist sites, cafes and restaurants, and shopping areas. The hotel staff were excellent, providing wonderful food recommendations, calling cabs and making restaurant reservations for us upon request. Room service was quick and timely – our room was cleaned every day, and the gym, pool and spa were adequate. I will definitely come back here the next time I visit Rome!

We had a great view facing the street and American Embassy with 2 balconies that we were able to open the windows to but not noisy at all. Great location near the park and easy for Taxi's as there was a rank right outside. Far enough way from the massive crowds at the usual tourist spots but easy walk to them. Staff were very helpful and courteous. Room was ready, with an upgrade, before the usual check-in time so we were able to leave our bags and head off into the city.

We would have expected a bigger selection for breakfast, given the price. Toilet had to be fixed twice, which was done very promptly, in our 4 day stay. Had to book a time to use a pool which seemed a bit odd.

My recent stay at the Grand Hotel Palace in Rome was nothing short of excellent. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service, setting the tone for a truly memorable experience. The hotel's location is superb, situated in the heart of Rome and within walking distance of many of the city's iconic attractions. We were able to easily explore famous landmarks such as the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, and the Spanish Steps, all thanks to the hotel's convenient proximity. Upon entering our room, we were immediately struck by its elegance and sophistication. The decor exuded a sense of timeless luxury, with tasteful furnishings and attention to detail that added a touch of opulence. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and provided all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff at Grand Hotel Palace deserves special commendation for their exceptional service. Every interaction with the hotel staff was met with professionalism, efficiency, and genuine warmth. They were attentive to our needs, offering valuable recommendations for nearby restaurants and organizing transportation when required. It truly felt like they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless. One highlight of our experience was dining at the hotel's restaurant. The culinary delights served were an exquisite fusion of traditional Italian flavors and innovative techniques. Each dish was meticulously prepared, bursting with freshness and presented beautifully. The restaurant's ambiance was charming, with a cozy yet elegant setting that added to the overall dining experience. The hotel's facilities were equally impressive. We took advantage of the well-equipped fitness center, allowing us to maintain our workout routine while enjoying panoramic views of Rome. The spa was a haven of relaxation, offering a range of rejuvenating treatments that left us feeling refreshed and revitalized.

This is my second time staying in this hotel, and I will return again. The location of the hotel is on the poshest street of Rome Via Venetto but yet close to all the shopping and main attractions in Rome. The rooms are nice and of a good size and the rooms facing the main street have a lovely view and ambience.. Last but not least, the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Location was perfect, close to most areas and within walking distance. The area of the hotel is very posh and on a beautiful street. The staff were friendly especially Diana on the reception desk who was very helpful with our restaurant bookings and giving us guidance whenever we needed.

The initial room allocated to us were the dark rooms with black wallpapers which I specifically told the reception desk I don't prefer but they changed our rooms immediately. Also there were some issues with internet connection which was resolved instantly.

This hotel has a great location, It is walking distance to the American Embassy, Trevi fountain, Spanish steps and Borghese Museum. The Colosseum and other ancient Rome sites are only a little further. The restaurant has a great service, a delicious breakfast buffet, and attractive décor with murals on walls and ceiling. The English-speaking reception staff and doormen were very friendly and provided recommendations for attractions and restaurants. Some popular tourists sites sell out quickly so make sure to book at least a week in advance. There is plenty of public transportation nearby, but for taxis, I suggest the "Free Now" app, especially at tourist sites to avoid price gouging. The housekeeping staff was very diligent.

We would have liked in room coffee, since we were early risers. Laundry was expensive.

At first night, I was arranged to live in a room at 5th floor which is very small, and the shower door could not be fully closed, so the water leaked into the floor outside the washroom, and even flowed to our living room, unbelievable, it made me feel it was not a 5-stars hotel. So I told the situation to the hotel's reception colleague, they then arrange another normal size room with normal washroom for me, everything was back to normal 5-stars hotel.

the room originally booked was small and cramped they upgraded us for a fee which was more satisfactory.

The hotel is in a perfect location of the city, central but in a quite place, I've been upgraded to a suit which was great, the room is well equipped and very clean. The staff is very attentive and nice. Overall I really enjoyed staying there
