Lovely staff and clean room bed was comfy and good location

Location was terrific. Room size and quality was good. We were able to get parking right in front of the hotel.

Wish there was a fitness center. Front desk staff had trouble printing/sending a receipt. Check-out and check-in took a bit long.

The location was exemplary as it was steps from the Barberini terminal. The bed was comfortable and the staff were nice.

The light in the shower was out, a socket was hanging out of the wall, the overhead light didn't work, and the walls were dirty. Additionally, our towels were only changed once during our 10 day stay after I requested it, we were told they'd be changed every three days though. I also wish the breakfast had been offered earlier or a bag option was available like other hotels. The elevator was also broken on our last day and we had to carry our luggage down the stairs because no staff are available before 7:30 am.

ALL staff were very friendly, even though the room was compact it was perfectly fine for the 2 of us to come back to after a long day of exploring. The room was warm and comfy, private bathroom was good with shower, toilet and sink. Hotel was in a really good location, only 10/15 minutes walk to Spanish steps and trevi fountain, 25/30 minute walk to colosseum and 50 minute walk to Vatican City. Lots of lovely restaurants to walk to. Weather was not hot so did not have to use air con.

If you're looking for something fairly simple like bed & breakfast this is a great choice. The location is gorgeous and we chose this hotel specifically for its location. Vatican is about 35-40 min walk, plaza di Spagna - 10 min, Trevi fountain - 5 min. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they gave a city map, showed there a lot of nice places to visit, also helped with suggesting cafes and some of those even had some discount for the hotel guests. When we were leaving, they helped with ordering a taxi to the airport. Wifi was really great at the hotel (even for video calls). They have 2 breakfast options - coffee & croissant for eur 4 and some continental breakfast for eur 12. We haven't tried any of these though as there're plenty of coffee places in the city opening like from 6:30am.

It was quite stuffy in the room, even with an open window. Sometimes it was loud in the evenings - some people were shouting and slamming the doors. It was a negative surprise for us that they asked to pay city tax with cash.

The staff is very friendly, Veronica at front desk help us checking in. Our shower drain was clogged but they fixed it quicky. Cleaning needs a bit of more attention specially under the bed where it was super dusty. They have a lift so its convenient if you have luggage. Loved the area, super closed to metro Barberini and trevi Fountain

The location is very central and walking distance to Fonatana di trevi and other land marks aswell. The staff was very welcoming and friends especially Mario. Although the room we had was not big it was spacious enough for a short break. most importantly the room was clean and we had commodities like a small refrigerator and hair dryer. I highly recommend this place especially if you are on are in Rome for a few days and need a place in the central to avoid wasting time on travel.

The location was surprisingly good with metro, hop on hop off bus and also easy walking distances. Easy to access all the main sights. Helpful staff with good advice and tour/activity booking, very accomodating to our requests. Comfy bed, convenient breakfast options. Funky decoration. Would stay again.

The room had a bit of a damp smell and we couldn't open the window or work the air con.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, with clean, beautifully designed rooms that make for a comfortable stay. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, always willing to help. Highly recommend for a pleasant experience!

It would be nice to add a hot water kettle to the room facilities.

The location it’s great walking distance to a lot of main in Rome

The only thing didn’t like was no one in the hotel during the night for a emergency I got stuck at the elavator for 25 min , no one come assist me was need it to figured out to get out of the elevator because no one respond when I press the bottom for emergency .
