The room is quite small, but this is a budget hotel in a central location in one of the world's most popular cities for tourism, so cannot complain. You still get your own bathroom and there is air-con and a fridge. It is only a few minutes walk from the main railway station (Termini), so ideal if coming by train and also there is a tube station at Termini so it is very convenient for exploring the rest of Rome. Although the local area is very busy and packed with restaurants, cafes, shops and other hotels, I was pleasantly surprised just how quiet and peaceful the hotel was; it is a small place comprising just one floor in a large building that it shares with other hotels and I always got a good night's sleep.

The owners/managers are not always on site as I think they run another hotel across the road, so one might need to ring them to get let in. I did have a minor issue with the air-con and there was no-one immediately on site to help, but when they did arrive they were very helpful and fixed it straightaway. The room is advertised as having a kettle, but in fact there is just one communal kettle in the hallway to be shared by all guests, so may be a good idea to bring your own !

Good location, very close to stazione Termini. Busy area with plenty of restaurants, but quiet rooms facing an inner courtyard. Small but comfortable room, perfect for my needs. Friendly and helpful staff. When there’s no one at the front desk, they answer the phone and will arrive in a few minutes (even in case of emergency in the wee hours: I had to call them because there was a strange alarm making noise in the reception) Good value for money, for Roman standards.

Brilliant staff, speak perfect English,very positive and kind.our room was good, Clean bedding, clean towels, plenty of soap and shampoo, shower worked fine,we had microwave and fridge inside. The staff was really friendly. I was able to leave my luggage in my room early, which was appreciated. I was always asked if I needed anything and if everything was ok. Room cleaning was available every day if needed. The room was the right size for a Solo traveler. I had a great stay, thank you.

Hotel located in close proximity from tourist attractions. Good connection to all important places that we wanted to visit. Very nice service. Room clean, comfortable, equipped with basic accessories: towels, soap, shampoo, kettle, microwave.

What I liked most about the hotel was the service. the gentlemen were very nice. I'm glad there was air conditioning. she was essential. the location was great too

in a one-star hotel one does not expect much, unfortunately the window in the room was leaky, it was very noisy.

It's located a 5 min walk from a main train station, and there were lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The room was very clean and tidy and everything worked.

the bedside lights in the room were very white, a more yellow colour would have been nice

Everythings good,highly recommended.it is very near to public transportation and easy to find.

No blanket and it is a little bit cold.And there's no iron for clothes even I saw it in page.

The mess on the streets and the potential pick pockets which is out of your control but what are the Italian government doing to sort that out?

Excellent location, big bed, a fridge, aircon and clean enough.

The windows are not really sound proof - some noise from the street at night.
