It wasn't our first time visiting Rome, but this time was really special. The location of Stefano's house was very favorable for a trip with children and not only. The apartment had a lot of space and with everything you need, Even though there is no reception, Stefano makes it very easy to check in. Stefano, upon our request, allowed us an early check in and a late check out, making our stay in Rome perfect. Thank you Stefano! The metro station is located less than 5 minutes away (Victoria Emanuel station), with many bars and restaurants around. On our next trip, this hotel will definitely be our first choice!

Location was super handy just a few minutes walk to the train station. We walked everywhere from the apartment. If you want to sight see, the BIG Bus and the other sight seeing buses leave from the front of the train station which takes you all around the city to all the sight seeing spots (highly recommend). Nice and clean, good comfy bed and also has a washing machine which was great for us on a month long journey. Nice and warm in the evenings. nice to have a seperate dining/lounge area. Room was serviced each day and towels changed which was really appreciated after some places we had stayed in. The host was absolutly fantastic!

1st time in was a little confusing finding the room but we were talked thru the process on wattsapp and the host was readily available to us and talked us thru it. I believe he has changed the instructions a little. In all fairness, we were very tired and i am not overly tech savvy and I definetly don't want to take anything away from the this great apartment.

Location very good close to Termini train station.

No breakfast option and no cooker in the room. Not possible to leave your bags after check out if you have an evening flight.

Quite large and clean apartments with balcony in the center of Rome. Compared to other apartments we have visited in Rome, this was by far the best one. The host was nice and welcoming, he gave us map of Rome and all the information we needed. Room was suprisingly large with high ceilings, the bathroom has been recently renovated and was very nice and clean. We had a kettle in the room with some coffee and tea. Beds were comfortable and we had a large TV there too in case we would want to watch some football :). If we ever come back to Rome I am sure we will visit again

We were just missing the breakfast, but since we had kettle in the room, it was no problem to make a breakfast ourselves.

Very good location close to Termini - so you get easy access for transfer to airport (5 minutes walking from arrival/departure spot of airport bus transfer). Even if was close to Termini which is generally a "not safe" area, the accomodation is in a good area/big street so felt more safe especially at night. Host is very nice and helpful - easy checkin / check out process. Location was great to access the city - 20 min walking to Colosseum and 2 minute walking to Metro/Bus. Area is also full of restaurants that are at walking distance. Room was big and very clean. Bathroom was a bit small but didn't bother us (extra points for good water pressure at shower). We appreciated a lot that everything was very clean and we had a good sleep after looong walking through the city. Also, the room had central heating so no need of extra air conditioning - extra points for this. Thank you and keep up the good work!

Everything was perfect

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Our group of four felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The staff were friendly. The location was perfect too – close to major attractions, and public transportation. Overall, it was a perfect stay, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful, hassle-free experience!

I really loved the explicit instructions that helped my wife and I gain entry to our room at 0200 in the morning after a late flight. I don’t care to talk to people too much and the host still made me feel comfortable. Saw him 1 time which for me was outstanding. Stand up gentleman great stay!

The location was a bit rough. I handle my own and I’m from the city but that road had me checking over my shoulder at 0130 in the morning. However, that’s just Rome… can’t really fix that. The room was extremely secured and safe I didn’t feel vulnerable at any moment.

Great location and extremely helpful and friendly host Stefano. He helped carry our huge bags up and then gave us a detailed overview of where we could find things nearby. The map he gave us was really useful over the next few days. The layout of our room was unusual, but great. Although it was only one room, there was a slightly separate section for where the children's beds were and we appreciated this after weeks of travelling. Even though Rome is a bustling city, we found the room quiet and we felt very secure. Close walk to the metro and various shops and a mini market. I also really appreciated that there were four hooks to hang the towels up in the bathroom and the toilet paper was in easy reach! I know, these things are minor, but when you have a long holiday with lots of different locations, every little thing that makes your stay more comfortable is appreciated. We were glad to have a fridge, too. They are not always available but make a big difference to us.

Europe = stairs. The only thing that could have been helpful was a second set of keys, so that we could split up into groups. But, we didn't think of asking about this until after we had left. It wasn't a problem for us, but something we would ask about if we stayed again - which we would definitely do.

Very spacious, clean and everything we needed. Host Stefano was great, very helpful with awesome restaurant recommendations. Close to the metro on the occasions we didn’t want to walk back!

Only complaint was the shower. The cubicle was tiny which isn’t so much a problem for me but my much larger husband kept banging his elbows. Also, the rail wasn’t working so the shower head height wasn’t adjustable.

Perfect location and walking distance to train station, coffee shops and parks/piazzas. Safe area to walk around in. No elevator thus travel light:) but did have assistance.

Plastic cups to make coffee in - very flimsy - at least use more sturdy paper cups. Add milk to tray to make coffee and since this is self catering a microwave will be nice
