Breakfast on the rooftop was so lovely. Beautiful view in general, but especially interesting that you can see the top of la Basilica de San Pedro. We also went to the rooftop bar one night and it was lovely.

I have no complaints! We enjoyed that Hotel Isa was not in the center of the main action of Rome, and were still able to walk to all of the major sites like the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain and the Colosseum. They were long walks, but a pleasant way to see the city.

We enjoyed our stay a lot! A breakfast was great and there was a large selection of food. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was good. The rooms were spacious. The view from the breakfast was very nice (St Peter's Basilica etc) - and from the roof terrace, too, of course, One of the rooms was available already before noon which was great due to our morning flight to Rome.

We had two rooms, especially the other one was a bit too hot and we were not able to set the temperature.

Beautifully situated in a lovely neighborhood. The room was beautiful overlooking a court yard and it has a lovely rooftop restaurant with a view of the Vatican. It couldn’t have been more perfect! There is a lovely lobby with beautiful art books.

It was perfect. We had the deluxe room, and it was very spacious.

The room was spacious. There were bath robe and slippers available. Good humidity control in the toilet. It was possible to open the windows for some fresh air. Breakfast was excellent buffet with omelettes and special coffees. Nice roof terrace and view over the city. Friendly staff.

We booked a room with twin beds, but there was no availability, so we shared a big bed. Somewhat challenges with the duvets and sheets but we managed.

We always stay here when in Rome. This boutique hotel with its roof top terrace is an incredible way to start your day as well as fabulous haven to relax at the end of a hectic day The staff in the hotel are the most helpful dedicated people one can find. Case in point, we left some of my wife’s jewelry in the room and left on to our next destination. Arriving there we realized our error, contacting the hotel they went out of their way to find the lost items. Having found them in the room they reached out to us with the news. Shortly after arriving home my wife was overjoyed to be reunited with her jewelry We have recommended this hotel for years and will keep doing so.

The breakfast was above and beyond, the BEST breakfast I have ever had at a hotel. I can't believe it was complimentary. I dream about going back and having that food again. The hotel itself is very classically decorated and tasteful.

This is the case with a lot of places in Rome, but the air conditioning in the room was very poor. It was tough to sleep some nights because of how hot it got. Other than that, the hotel was a perfect 10.

Location is awesome you are right in the middle of downtown shopping areas, restaurants, and the river bridge area. It was close to the Vatican which we liked and wanted to spend time at. The rooftop bar was really cool and had nice views. The view is amazing up there and you can see the whole city from the very top! The breakfast buffet in the morning was phenomenal and very good. They had all you can eat pastries, croissants, fruit, coffee, tea, and a omelet cooking station. The hotel staff and maids were extremely nice and professional and accommodating. There’s also a little secret closet room they will show you if you have to iron clothes. Overall, we absolutely loved it and will definitely stay here again if we ever go back to Roma!

There was a slight sewage smell in the bathroom the first night we were there. It would come and go but at one point we almost called to switch rooms. But we had to mask the smell and just dealt with it for the night. It went away thankfully after the night.

Hotel Esa is a small boutique hotel. It was beautiful the room was great. The location was awesome and the breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend it.

I liked everything the staff bent over backwards to help us right away. They got us taxis. They got us transportation back to the airport at a very reasonable price because we were leaving so early on Sunday morning they packed our breakfast to go. They couldn’t do enough for us. There were 10 of us. We were party of 10. Choose this hotel you won’t be disappointed all 10 of us rated it a 10.

The whole experience was a positive one. Staff where polite and helpful, very clean and nice room. My partner had her bday on the day we checked out and was given a box of chocolates, a gesture which was appreciated. Good location too, restaurants around and close to amenities. Overall very satisfied with the overall experience

AC in the room had the heating option not available/working.

The staff at happy hour were exceptional!!! I want to say his name was Willie but not for sure. Desk staff very helpful and everyone’s English was perfect. Loved the parakeets in the AM!!!!!

Beds just a tad hard but ok. Room a tad small but ok. Would 100% stay there again.
