Even though we stayed only one night, checked in late, and checked out early, we had a great experience. The attention was a super lovely, comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. The room was bigger than expected also! We needed a place near Termini, and this one is pretty close to it, so the location is excellent. We arrived at 10 pm, and given the reception was open until 6 pm, we received straightforward instructions to get it by ourselves a few days before, with video and text. It was simple and fantastic because you could arrive whenever you needed/wanted.

I forgot to buy water before going to the Hotel, and the fridge had nothing. It was not a problem, but I'd have liked to have something there.

The location is a very short walk from the main train station. The room was an good size, wifi and air-conditioning was fine. The room I was in was facing the interior courtyard, which while nothing to look at was exceptionally quiet. There was also more amenities in a common area outside the room such as a stove, microwave, and kitchen sink.

Bathroom while functional had some minor mould along seams of the shower. While noise damping between rooms was fine any noises in the common hallway can be heard in the private room. That said it is only four rooms served by this hallway, and didn't personally bother me much. Staff were pleasant and fluent in English, which was helpful with my unfortunate lack of ability with Italian.

perfect location near Termini ; nice walk to the centre with things to see on the way; quiet and clean; our room was simple but very nice (safe, fridge, kettle). the staff is very friendly and helpful; they care about their guests; they organise check in and check out in a tailored way for each guest (we were able to get the room at the end of the morning and to leave our luggeage in a locker after check out )

Hotel Leone is located on the first floor in an old building in downtown rome, just a few blocks away from Rome Termini train station and St.Maria Maggiore cathedral. It shares the building with several other hotels, which can be a bit confusing when you first arrive. Our room was clean, very spacious and air conditioned and the staff was friendly and helpful. There are tons of restaurants in very short walking distance and a major ho-ho bus stop just down the block. A lot of major tourist attractions are in walking distance (about 20 min to the Colosseum, Trevi fountain, 15 min to Basilica San Pietro in Vincoli, Fori Imperiali). It was a great home base for exploring Rome for a few days.

The only issue we had was street noise at night, bring ear plugs.

Security at the apartment is taken seriously. The location is really great and within a very short distance from the airport. I would say under five minutes. It is also in a very quiet neighborhood which has a lot of small cafes nearby if you are in for a short walk. I would stay here again the next time I am in Accra. It also has a very spacious balcony if you do not mind the heights.

The information about the room was located behind the door and this was very challenging for me since it resulted in me having no internet throughout the night. It will be good if the information was on the table or somewhere easily visible as behind the door isn't the best place. Also It would have been nice to have a small write up about the property on what is located. I noticed a small cafe on the property and even a gym, but did not see any additional information on how access is worked out, but these comments are simply room for improvement and doesn't really take away anything from how well organized the apartment is.

The hotel was within a 3 minute walk of Roma Termini so it was easy getting our bags there without needing a taxi. The room was lovely and very clean. There were a couple of gelaterias near the hotel and two fantastic restaurants within a minute walk. We could walk to the collesseum and there were electric scooter points on the same street so we could get to all the main attractions within half an hour or so. When we checked out to go to a tour the staff kindly kept our bags securely and were very friendly throughout. Would definitely stay there again.

The Hotel is near the Termini, which is very convenient. The cleaning staff are very clean and did a real great job! The receptionist are friendly and gave a concise and clear explanation.

It is near the road and thus, it can be noisy during rush hour especially if you open the windows/ balcony. Other than that, everything was all good! Its near the churches and other tourist attractions, you just have to invest in a good running shoes and learn how to use a map (we used google maps.)

Location is the best! Very close to main train station, and also very close to all the main sights to see. Owner was very helpful, responding to mails, and recomended the best little restaurant in Rome, thank you! Also, near you have everything - places to eat, places to see, places to shop, and places to bring you to the airport. Room has a small bathroom with hairdrier, fridge, AC unit. Bed is hard, with good mattress and I like that. Room is located toward back yard, so it's really quiet.

Room and bathroom were not perfectly clean, so I desinfected toilet when we came and asked cleaning lady not to clean while we were there, so that I don't have to clean after her :D Also, on the table there was dust that was piling for months. The room has a small problem with moisture, so when you enter, you sense some smell. This sounds bad, but it wasn't really, if you are staying for couple of days, as we were. For three days, I was very happy with this room, because we only slept there. If you need to spend more time in your room, it wouldn't be good, because it doesn't have daily light nor space to be comfortable siting or working.

it was close to everything, room was a little small but very nice, and everything was always clean. the staff /front desk were super cool and nice and always had a smile.

I didn't like that the name of the hotel was not outside. it is a nice place so it should be more noticeable and people should be able to see it better.

Amazing staff! Tommaso welcomed us with big smile and he was super friendly and polite! Our room was ready upon arrival which we appreciated a lot! Bed was very comfortable! Location super great! Just 300 meters (5 mins walk) from Termini train station and around 20 mins walking distance to the Colosseum! Good value for price and location!

Our room was just at the entrance of the apartments and close to the vendor machine so it could be loud sometimes with people c/in and out or using the machine for water or so.
