The location is excellent, very close to the main train station and subway stops for lines A & B. The breakfast is excellent too. The room is relatively small, but good enough for a single person.

There is no backrest for the bed which is a little bit inconvenient if you'd like to read for a while before sleeping. The room itself is quite, though for consecutive 2-3 days, there were people talking loudly (at least feeling loudly) in the hall way around 5am - I was waked up by that talking, though I didn't really try to open the door to interrupt - my guess is that the people who were talking might be cleaners who just came to start working (not 100% sure).

Reasonably good breakfasts, nice lobby, clean rooms. Very close to Roma Termini train station, thus very comfortable to plan your travel. Very easy walking distance to many of attractions (15-30 mins to most places)

Even though the hotel has 4 stars - it looks quite old and the latest renovation was done quite long ago (at least perceived so). The streets around the hotel are very unsafe due to proximity to Termini.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. I expected the hotel to be of lower quality since it is so close to Central Station. But it was far more luxurious than I anticipated. It is a very short and easy walk from Central Station. Upon arrival I was greeted warmly by the staff. My room was spacious, quiet, and comfortable. Breakfast was an ample spread with plenty to choose from. The hotel has a grand "old fashioned" feel to it, with it's dark colors, wood paneling, and classic chic furnishings. The sister hotel property is directly across the street, and I was able to enjoy a sunset cocktail on its rooftop.

My only regret is that I had only one night to stay in this great hotel. If you're touring around the city, this may not be the most ideal/central location.

Beautiful room with good size and very high ceiling, very comfortable bed. Staff was mainly pleasant, but seemed a bit stressed at times, especially during breakfast.

Somewhat disappointing breakfast buffet for a 4 star hotel, also loud radio music on speakers in the breakfast room which was a disturbance. No major complaints apart from this, and very pleased with the stay overall!

From the first moment I arrived at the hotel late at night, and I was supposed to check in at 2 p.m., the surprise was that the person in charge of the reception found me a wonderful room and accommodated me in it. The hotel is truly creative, wonderful, proficient, and humane. The receptionist, you are wonderful.

Location near the main train station was excellent. Very easy access to all the major Rome tourist destinations. Staff were very professional and helpful. Breakfast was good. Room was perfect being very quiet, with a window opening on to a peaceful central courtyard.

Great location, a short walk from Termini station. So access to trains, taxi and buses very handy. This includes a stop for the Hop on Hop off buses. There are plenty of bars and restaurants in the area. The hotel staff were friendly, most able to converse in English. There is a lift for those with luggage. The rooms were on the small side, but that appears typical in many hotels. But comfortable with all the usual amenities. Breakfast was included and enjoyable with a good range of options. Overall, I enjoyed our stay and would gladly stay again.

Hotel is at prime location. less than 5 mins walk from train station and all other transport. There were really good food places nearby as well. Hotel staff were really good. Room was nice and clean as were like in pictures.

I think there should be more options in breakfast. and juice wasn't that good. Rest was great, highly recommend.

I like the helpful staff the relaxed atmosphere and the rooftop bar in the sister hotel across the road was spectacular! I also liked the fact that I could leave my bags safely there all day after checking out because I had a late flight and when I came back, I could relax in the lounge use the bathroom etc. It was very convenient and close to the main station, from which I went straight to the airport.

I like all the people at Hotel Massimo d'Azeglio. They were friendly and very kind. First of all, I like Italian culture very much, including Italian language and Italian cuisine, et cetera. In that sense, I was very satisfied with the Ristorante at this Hotel.

I wanted to watch BBC on TV but BBC was not on the air. Instead, I could watch English language news by the French broadcaster. So, I was able to be satisfied at the end of the day. I will go back to Rome on 27 September and I will stay at your sister hotel, Hotel Atlantico this time, I'm sorry.
