Very friendly and helpful staff. Very close to a supermarket, a metro station, and some very nice restaurants and bars all around. Honestly its located at the perfect spot, you can walk everywhere and we loved it.

We didn’t wake up vary early every morning so we wished there was a “do not disturb” sign we could put on our door since the cleaners would come every morning and we would feel like we had to leave the room early for them to clean, and sometimes we would get woken up by them knocking on our door. But overall no problems.

The location is superb as it is near the Termini Station. Our room is also very clean and quite spacious for a family of four like us. The staff is very kind and accommodating. We arrived in Rome in the morning and even though the check-in time was at 13, they let us leave our luggages at their place to enjoy the trip without any hassle. My family really loved our stay here.

The staff were super friendly, very patient with me and happy to answer any questions. Absolutely zero hassle. They accommodated my request to not be on the lower floors without issue and were very responsive when I messaged. They also helpfully marked out key landmarks to visit (if for some reason you hadn't planned it) on a map to keep with instructions on which bus / metro lines to take. The room was so clean, definitely more than I expected from a 2* hotel. Shower had nice and hot water, towels were fine. The tiled floor wasn't great for the winter temperature but I imagine would be amazing in summer!

I could say the toilet seat and shower would be too small for a larger bodied person (it was a squeeze for me and I'm a 5'9 skinny male). Shampoo / bodywash / handsoap are just small bars - but that might be a personal caveat! Very positive experience.

Very close to the termini with several good restaurants nearby. The room and bathroom were clean. I was surprised by some of the negative reviews, as our room was spacious enough for the two of us. The air conditioner worked perfectly. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, recommending great places to visit, including a few places that were offering free entry during our stay, as well as some excellent local restaurants. We were working remotely and had no issues with the Wi-Fi. No complaints at all.

The hotel is in a very good location! Just a few minutes on foot from the Termini station but on a quiet street. The room was kept very clean during our stay and it had everything you would need for a couple of days of stay. The staff was very kind and allowed us to store our luggage even after check-out. There is a common room on the top floor with snacks and drinks machines.

The room was rather small with no place to store larger bags. This could be uncomfortable for a longer stay. The rooms on each floor are situated around a small hall with doors right next to each other. That means that if you have noisy neighbors you will hear them as they come and go.

Good location, very close to Termini station, easy to find, 24-hour helpdesk, many good restaurants, small convenience shops, laundry service, metro stations and bus stops around. Walkable distance to Fontana di Trevi. Very nice and helpful staff. Towels swiched every day, bath ammenities were provided daily too. Coffee machine just outside the room door was handy. The room was on 4th floor accessible by elevator. Luggage was stored in a safe room by the reception after we checked out for a few hours until our departure time.

Wi-fi signal was unstable and could be faster too. The bath area flooded every shower.

Everything was great! Clean room, cozy bed and pillows! we stayed for 7 days and I absolutely would recommend this hotel. Location was really convenient) my son has never stayed in 2 stars hotels, but was really impressed by design:) we loved everything!

Location- The property is walking distance to the famous tourist attractions in the city. There’s one restaurant right outside the hotel where you can have breakfast, lunch, or some drinks when you want to just sit after walking all day. Room- Bed is comfortable. Has a small coffee table and 1 chair. There’s a small fridge and a small cabinet. Service- they cleaned our room the next day even if we didn’t have that sign to “make up the room” Property- the reception is located in 1 or 2nd floor. There’s an elevator but we opted for the stairs. Guests are allowed to leave the luggages while they wait for check in.

Room- room is small, enough for 2 people (in our case with 1 big luggage and 1 small luggage and some hand carry bags) Bathroom is very small so can be challenging for some people.

The room was cleaned every day. It was cozy, close to the Termini station. Really great location. Personel was super nice. Beds were comfy. The the price ais more than adequate. Good restaurants and bars max 10 mins walking.

The room is quite small, however we only came there to sleep so it was not bothering us that much. We would appreciate some shelfs in the cupboard. Bathroom would benefit from some renovation (rust on the lamps and other parts) The bidet inside the toilete does not seem hygienic to me, therefore we did not use it.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped us to find cheaper transportation deals around the city and gave directions for popular destinations. Even though it’s a hotel, there is microwave kettle fridge, ironing facilities so you get the flexibility of living in an apartment with the added bonus of hotel staff cleaning the room daily and replacing the towels. Th location is very central- only less than 10 mins walking distance to the Roma terminal- the main station, and this place has plenty of restaurants and supermarkets under 500 meters
