The location is out of the main tourist area, but not far. It's nice to get away from the crowds and experience local life. Great restaurants and markets nearby. Very welcoming and accommodating. We were allowed to check in early and overall felt very welcomed. There's a breakfast nook with coffee/tea and microwave for everyone to use. The room was made up daily and generally clean. The bed was comfortable. Buses just outside will get you anywhere you want to go.

The room could use a little refreshing, modernizing of the furnishings. The walls are thin and unfortunately you can hear all of the other guest's activities. Though everyone was considerate enough not to make noise after 23h. There is on going construction in the building and scaffolding outside the window. This wasn't an issue the first few nights luckily. Though on our last morning some of the workers knocked on the window several times at 8h00. It was unnerving, but not the hotel's fault. Ask for a room overlooking the street if this worries you.

The location was close to a metro stop and multiple bus stops which was great. The staff was friendly and VERY helpful and gave us a lot of tips of what to see in Rome and how to get there. Our room well appointed and very clean. It was on the 5th floor, but there was a small elevator. It was great for the very reasonable price.

There was air conditioning, but it took forever to cool the room in the blistering heat of late July (mid 90s Fahrenheit). I think it would have been fine if the air could have continued running while not in the room, but removing the key card when leaving turned it off.

Service was amazing! 10 points is too little! He was available for us 24 hours per day. Very helpful and very friendly. I highly recommend this place.

Breakfast. They serve a breakfast in restaurant 20m from hotel. This is not a problem. Every day was the same. We didn't have a chance to choose something else. Service in this restaurant was horrible. They treated us like enemies. But for Italian people, they were friendly. They didn't even respond for our good morning.

The location is excellent, half an hour's walk from all the important sights of the city of Rome. Within a radius of 200m there are fantastic restaurants, gelateria, markets, and a bus station, from which buses go in all directions. The host Alex is extremely hospitable, kind, accommodating and always available for anything needed. The accommodation is extremely clean. The host Alex undoubtedly contributed to our pleasant and unforgettable stay in Rome. All recommendations.

Everything is outstanding and faultless.

Very friendly and forthcoming manager. For me very good location, not touristy, but I consider this an advantage - about 10 mins on foot to the nearest metro station, also there a good connection with the bus. Not very far from Termini either. There are plenty of places outside to eat and shop (you will find recommendation in the room). Kitchen was also available (I didn't use it). Ther is a lift, so you don't have to carry your luggage upstairs. Overall IMO very good value for money.

The room was a bit small, but it didn't bother me too much (maybe I missed a small table or a desk, as I needed to work a little). A small fridge was available in the room but it didn't work well. I couldn't make the safe work either. Anyway, these were minor things, so I didn't even mention them to the manager.

Alex was a brilliant host, even gave us a complimentary wine for our honeymoon. Had an umbrella available when we had some unexpected rain. Room was very spacious, temperature perfect and very clean. All amenities were top notch. Location was great, approx. 30 min walk to all the main tourist attractions, or for those not able to walk there are two taxi stands and plenty of busses nearby. Groceries, restaurants, cafe and pharmacy all within 100m of apartment.

Prices fluctuate a lot, even considering accommodation is extremely expensive in Rome. Dust in the room (curtains) Extremely noisy the first Saturday night outside, it was either exceptional or we got used to it thereafter.

Excellent Location. There are several bus stops very close to the guest house. One bus stop is right across the street. Alex at the reception is very kind and helpful. He guided us how to use the bus and it seems very easy as we roam around the city of Rome. Walking distance to Villa Borghese. Termini station is also close. The room is so relaxingly quiet. You won't hear any sound of vehicles.

lovely guesthouse. 10 out of 10. The location is very good: about 20 minute walk to the Trevi Fountain, about the same as the Spanish Steps. The guesthouse is located in an old house; on the ground floor, there are restaurants. I liked the room - spacious, with everything you need, from wardrobes to a mirror and lighting for make-up. The private bathroom is also large and clean. In the common room, there is a kitchen and several tables. The owner of the hotel is a wonderful friendly host, sensitive to the wishes of the guests. if you want to immerse yourself in the atmosphere of Rome and live in a good guesthouse - I recommend

Everything was good

The location was perfect. It was not in a touristy area but was so close to many things. We mostly walked. There are many coffee shops and restaurants in the area. The room was always clean and had fresh towels.

The bed wasn’t bad but not good either more manageable. The one bad thing was the pillows. The pillows are flat.
