The location is absolutely brilliant & the rooms are really comfortable. Love that there was a kettle & coffee machine in the room too. Really great place & would definately stay there again. In the street below there are great shops, and a variety of good restaurants. Really lovely buzzy atmosphere.

The only thing that you should be aware of is that there are a couple of flights of stair to get up before the lift & can be a bit stressful if you have heavy cases. Also our shower did not have a hose but our friends one did so next time I will ask for that room.

Breakfast is classic Italian, although special requests are catered for (to a limited extent). The breakfast in the room service works very well. The location on Campo Fiore is perfect. The room size too. Communication with the hosts was quick and uncomplicated via WhatsApp. The friendliness of the hosts & staff was also very good

Due to the location and a nearby nightclub, it was noisy until 2.30am on Saturday at least. The hot water in the shower should be a little hotter, for my taste. But that are minor things

We had a great stay. We were traveling with our daughter and had a room for three. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Newly redone spacious bathroom with a great shower. Location right next to Piazza dei Fiore was excellent, walking distance to everything, surrounded by many restaurants, cafes, gelaterias, and shops. Service was of the highest standard. Room was made daily, Cristina made sure all our needs were met and anticipated. Breakfast had great coffee and croissants.

We liked everything. Would have been nice to have more benches to put our suitcases on.

It was a cozy little boutique hotel with 3 rooms. Cristina the owner was a perfect host in every way. She made us feel home. Helped us organizing our days. She gave first aid to my sister after she fell down. Every morning at the exact time we wanted, the breakfast tray arrived. The room was spacious and very clean. It was like a 4-5 star hotel in regard of little details like TV, blowdryer, safebox, ironing, minibar, slippers, many clean towels. All details were well thought..

Only taking up the luggage to the first floor through steps can be a little chalanging if heavy. Because the lift starts from floor one. The rooms are on floor two.

The service was really excellent and staffs were all very friendly. We had 2 days to leave early before 8am, and they prepared the breakfast the nights before. Location is another big sweet thing, you can almost reach most of the attractions of Roma historical centre within 15-20 min by walk. Tough it locates close to Campo Dei Flori, we couldn't even hear anything noisy during nights after 9am. To summarize, I strongly recommend JBRelais.

Location is wonderful and central. Room is great and the hostess the best. You are treated as a friend instead of 'just' guest. Breakfast is served at the room. The rooms are in a house, around the corner of Campo de Fiori.

Not like is not the description, but as it is an old house in the center of Rome, mainly stairs to take to the rooms.

Fantastic location, near to centre of Rome but great area in its own right, lovely square which has food and clothing stalls by day and restaurants around the edge, great atmosphere in the evening, centre of the SQ is cleared for every night. The room is good with bathroom with shower adjoining. Great continental breakfast in your room daily.

The wardrobe in the room was extremely large with large handles, it was very near to the bed and got in the way, there was very little room for movement around it.

Very clean hotel with big rooms and spotless bathrooms near Campo de Fiorii. Staff were very helpful and friendly. There is no breakfast room, but staff bring a selection of fruit juices, youghurts, croissants, etc. to your bedroom each morning. This is nice if you like to eat breakfast while watching the news on TV, as I do. There was good WiFi in my bedroom.

The elevator starts at about floor 1.5 (not at the lobby level). If you are only carrying a small bag or backpack, this will not be a problem. But if you have large heavy luggage, then it might be an issue for some people. This reception is manned for about 4 hours each morning. But you'll have keys and codes to get in at any time. It was not a problem for me and I would stay at this hotel again

Central location to visit any part of Rome. Clean rooms. Kind staff - ready to provide tourism and travel advice. Breakfast was a nice cherry on top!

Soundproofing of the rooms could be improved.

The location was perfect, we didn’t have to use any transportation since all of the sites are near. Also there are lot of shops, bars, restaurants around. The staff was very welcoming and helpful with everything. Can’t recommend this place enough. It was a pleasure staying there.
