Good location near the Borghese gardens but walk home from central Rome as a result was always uphill but very near and easily walkable to all the major attractions. The hotel had original features and charm and our room was spacious with a lovely hot shower and good facilities. Guido was very helpful and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble.

We forgot to buy our own water on our second day and unfortunately the water in the room hadn’t been replaced. Small detail but important to remember to bring back water.

We loved the heritage building in which the room is, which is provided with a kettle, coffee machine, toiletries, hair dryer etc. Martina and Guido are very kind, caring, helpful and generous. Every day the room was cleaned. Coffee and cream were capsules provided every day. We loved the welcome snacks and Prosecco. Felt honoured to be the guests. The location is one of the best areas in Rome, posh and upscale, very close to Borghese park. It's not very far from Roma Termini, Spanish Steps, Trevi fountain. Would love to come again to Rome and stay at Martina's.

Thoughtful Amenities: One of the delightful surprises during our stay was the thoughtful provision of complimentary water, snacks, and tea in our room. Finding a bottle of wine waiting for us was a lovely touch that added a touch of luxury to our visit. The complimentary toiletries, including soap, shampoo, towels, kettle and a hairdryer, were greatly appreciated and added to our convenience. 3. Breakfast Convenience: We were pleased to receive breakfast vouchers for a nearby cafe, making our mornings effortless. The convenience of starting the day with a delicious meal was a great way to kickstart our adventures in Rome. 4. Spacious and Comfortable Room: Our room was not only spacious but also incredibly comfortable. The well-appointed furnishings and cozy ambiance made it a perfect retreat after a day of exploring the city. The presence of a closet with a key added a layer of security to our belongings. 5. Prime Location: The guesthouse's location is ideal for exploring Rome. It's conveniently close to the bus station, the iconic Trevi Fountain, and the city center. This made our daily excursions a breeze and allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in the city's vibrant culture. 6. Impeccable Cleanliness: Cleanliness is paramount when choosing accommodation, and this guesthouse certainly delivered in that aspect.

While the breakfast vouchers were a thoughtful gesture, a bit more variety in the breakfast offerings at the nearby cafe would be appreciated

Thank you to the Martina house for hosting my mother and I on our last trip to Rome. Loved the location of the apartment, walking distance to everywhere(Via Veneto, supermarket, restaurants etc) in Rome. Loved the security of the apartment, elevator access (the cutest elevator...). Was a real treat and we created wonderful memories with my mom. Breakfast was great (brioche and a wonderful cup of coffee to get you started for the day).

The pillows were a bit stiff. Other than that everything was amazing.

The apartment/room was very clean, the hosts could not have been more helpful. It was in a good position with easy access to a number of the famous sites.

Nothing really, whilst the bathroom was small, it was perfectly functional. The apartment was at the top of quite a steep climb, so might not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues

One of my best experiences in my travel life. Martina is so kind and helpful for every day of my stay in Rome. She looked after my parcel delivery in great attention. Really appreciate it

Beautiful apartment. You got everything you need. Close to the best attractions in Central Rome. It is very quiet as it is a bit away from the tourist hotspots. Will stay again

Beautiful building in a very pleasant area of Rome, charming apartment. Very nice, efficient and helpful hosts (Martina was responding to messages within minutes!). Possibility to store luggage also after checkout. Breakfast in the nearby café/bar is a nice option (for those who say that one sweet pastry is not enough, there are additional options available, or just really good sandwiches that do not cost a lot).

The pillows could have been a bit softer.

The apartment had unique vibe and quality. Location is superb - near the park Villa Borghese, in the walkable distance from all attractions and places of interest. Host was very welcoming and explained everything in great detail. Would definitely stay here once more.

Location was in a great neighborhood, walking distance to the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. We were given vouchers for the breakfast to great cafes. The room was very comfortable and clean, the whole space was very charming. The staff was very helpful and usually always on site. They even helped us get transportation from the airport.

Breakfast is arranged at a restaurant not far from the residence. Although not rich, it can fill your stomach. Although the apartment is not new, it is very well maintained. The owner of the house was very friendly and waited on the street for a long time to welcome us. The location is great, the streets are clean and very safe.
