Great location in Rome with bars, restaurants, grocery store and subway super close, good & clean bathroom, and the air conditioning (a must in hot Roman summer)

Don't expect a hotel, it's a residency or office space converted into 4 good rooms. There is no staffed reception, bar, anything. You have to call a private number when you arrive to get the keys, which can be a hurdle for international travelers with no working phone.

I liked the room. It was pretty basic but the price was good and it wasn't too far from the main attractions in Rome. The room was clean, comfortable and there is a elevator for bags etc. which is bonus because a lot of places don't have them meaning you don't have to lug your bags up the stairs.

There wasn't really any restaurants or anything near by unfortunately. However, the taxi/Uber services in Italy are really good and they're always readily available.

Breakfast is outside the hotel but in a small cafe that is very easy to reach. Italian breakfast is nice. The location of the hotel is very easy and close to the metro and train station. So don't worry about the places you will visit. A quiet apartment hotel. We stayed with my wife and one child. I advise.

Unfortunately we arrived after midnight. We were very stressed not to get to the hotel after check-in hours. We contacted the service. They did not make any problem, a very nice man drove up to the hotel and checked us in. After hours check-in was only 10 euros.We were in Rome in January. It was cold, but the room was warm. In the previous hostel we didn't have any heating and I was terribly cold. Therefore, a big plus for heating. I was very happy with the kettle, tea and sugar in the room. Rooms, nice, clean, cleaning every day. Decor as in the photos. Good location, close to the subway.

There weren't a duvet, just bed cover and blankets.

The owner was extremely helpful with anything we needed. He went above and beyond. The hotel exactly met our needs and was very close to the Termini train station. It is a good distance from the historical sites, but has easy metro access.

Very nice staying. The hotel is very close to a subway station and has good restaurants and a market nearby. Bathroom was very clean, had everything we needed (clean towels, shampoo, soap, toilet paper), and the shower was great. The beds were very comfortable and wi-fi worked perfectly. We arrived in Rome very early and the host allowed us to keep our bags at the hotel until check-in time.

The only reason why I didn't rate this place as 10 was the reception. A very rude man welcomed us at the hotel and we really got stressed out because of it.

The location of the room was very central and the termini station was very near by foot. If your flight is very early in the morning, is the best solution in order to get the bus to the airport. Also the staff was very polite and kind.

Near Termini and well communicated. There was a bar just crossing the street, and it has a good ambiance. They left a kettle, coffe and tea for us, it was very useful. Check in/ check out process was good. There are other hotels in the same building, most of them are young people, so it's easy to make new friends even if it's not a hostel

Take note that the room has not a lot of space, it suits you fine if you are planning only to sleep and rest there. Also the toilet is very small, but has everything you need.

The staff was exceptional. Are flight to Rome was late and Ramadan(stuff) waited for us. The wifi was very good, room was clean. Ramadan cleaned our room every day. No background noises in our room.

The room didn't have proper window. But for us it wasn't matter because we only sleep in room. Much of the day we were outside.

nice location very accessible to the city using train, bus..nearby supermarket. breakfast We're satisfied. the man in the reception is kind and patiently waited us till 2am.. suggestion: dont arrive in rome italy past 10pm bec. the transpo is horible no more train, no bus, a long line for a taxi..

just suggestion..slippers for the room.. and a bottle of water😊
