We really enjoyed our stay in the hotel, the service, food and room was amazing. We really enjoyed how well we were treated by the stuff. I would like to point out that Sergio was amazing with guide and was very nice to us and our child.

This was a marvelous hotel. THe rooms and bathrooms were clean and coffee and (chesp) minibar was a real addition. the hotel is quite newly refurbished and it shows. Room cleaning was great. The rooms were quiet and comfortable. what really impressed us was the high ceilings of the rooms on the ground floor which made the rooms feel verrryyy spacious. the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful.Most approachable. Many restaurants in the area and didnt have to go far at nights for a good meal.

Nothing about the hotel. Location a little quiet at nights and not much shops. Did not feel unsafe though. Other areas of rome may have more shopping and nightlife

Location is slightly outside the tourist attraction areas but is close to the train terminal, metro and Hop On-Off bus which solved that issue

More than anything, the Staff! The most friendly and loveliest people. The two ladies on Reception, Jenny and Janine (apologies if this is not their names) were so so kind. They were extremely helpful and my children absolutely loved them and couldn’t stop speaking about them. So much so that they would want to rush to see them in the mornings and rush back to the hotel to see catch them before they finished their shift. The food at breakfast was nice too and the staff really friendly too. The Hotel was also located a stones throw from everything which meant the taxis were reasonably priced and the walk to the train station was easy.

I’m an extremely fussy person and before I left I knew I was going to leave a positive review. There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. If I was to ever visit Rome (which I probably wouldn’t for other reasons), I would 100% stay here again.

I travelled with my best friend for 2 nights. We arrived too early to check in but the hotel had ensured our room was ready as I had indicated the time of our arrival. This was so thoughtful. The staff could not have been more helpful highlighting best routes for walking and favourite places to eat - which were all spot on. We were also allowed to use the hotel facilities after we had checked out as we had a late flight and were provided with coffee and biscuits, without any extra charge. We bumped into Sergio at the station and he even helped us to buy our tickets and find the right platform. Totally over and above!! The hotel was absolutely perfect in every way and breakfast couldn't have been any better. I will definitely be returning and wouldn't pick anywhere else to stay.

Everthing was as expected and beyond.

This hotel is truly a hidden gem in the heart of a magnificent city. The location is ideal, the rooms are impeccably clean, and the breakfast was both delicious and rich. However, what truly sets this place apart is the exceptional staff. Every single team member — from the front desk to the bar, breakfast service, and housekeeping — was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. There's a personal touch here that only a well-maintained boutique hotel can offer. They even remembered how we take our eggs and how we drink our coffee.

Hotel was lovely really clean. The rooms were nice and spacious had a kettle and coffee maker with complimentary coffee pods, tea and bottled water. These could be topped up whenever you needed. There was a stocked mini fridge with beer Prosecco, fizzy drinks and chocolate. These were at a cost of €2 per item which I think is great value. The bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast which was included was delicious. On the hotels page it states it’s a continental breakfast but you had a choice of hot food too. That was served at ur table and cooked to order. There was plenty of choice at the buffet, cereals fruit yogurt, breads, donuts and cakes. There was also juices and u could order teas and coffees from the waiter. Overall I was suprised at how much choice there was for a small buffet. The staff in this hotel were absolutely amazing. They were super friendly and helpful. They helped us with directions to different attractions. They were genuinely interested in helping us and not jus doing it because they thought it was part of their job. I would highly recommend this hotel and the staff should be commended for their customer service.

There wasn’t a lot we didn’t like only thing I can say as a negative is there was no socket beside mirror to plug in hair straightener etc. Also some of the streets around the hotel are quite dirty but it wouldn’t put me off staying there again.

The breakfast offering was excellent - fresh fruit, a variety of home made pastries and cakes on offer which changed daily; freshly made waffles and pancakes. All the staff were very helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. Our room was clean, light and airy with aircon that worked well, but was also quiet. The hotel garden was secluded and calm after the bustle of the city. We sat out and enjoyed drinks here in the evening, and due to the good weather, we also took our breakfast in the garden too.

There is nothing the Liberty Boutique Hotel could have done better.

conveniently located by the main train station, really good aircon, fully stocked and reasonably priced mini bar, staff were really helpful
