The reception is 24-7, staff is very nice and helpful :) . The location is literally perfect because it's close enough to walk to the major tourist destinations and to Termini station around 10 min walk too. We were 20 mins walk away from most destinations such as the Colosseum, vatican city was 45 mins walk away but lots of public transport available too. It's not a run down area at all and quite a pleasant area w a pharmacy and lots of groceries nearby ☺️ Room was equipped with an ac, good hot water, monitor and desk and double room w wardrobe. Simple but good.

The pillow I got was really flat and d other option was a massively chunky pillow :(. There's no view out the window but at this price that's fair enough. It would be nice to have at least a kettle in the room to make basic foods/drinks such as tea and coffee and ramen/soup etc as we had to buy literally everything and it was expensive. There's a mini fridge though so you can buy prepacked food to be fair. Would be nice also to be supplied with 2 cups in the room for drinks.

10 min from train station,10 min away from coliseum with bars,restaurants and shops on the way.

Entrance needs a bigger light up sign on the outside,but once found and gone inside press the buzzer on the left of the glass doors and go up to the 2nd floor to reception.

Well located in the center of Rome with tout being a noisy place. The cute neighborhood of Monti is a few minutes away by walk. It’s a safe area as well. The room and bathroom were very clean and bed was comfortable. the staffs were very nice and helpful. Wifi is working well.

The decoration is very basic. You come here just to sleep, nothing more. The curtain inside the shower was too long so was a little bit annoying to shower, but really it was just a small inconvenience.

Location was great! Easy to walk everywhere, or take a bus or subway if you want. Bed was really comfortable. Everything was clean. Staff was great. It has an elevator!

Our last night a “school group” arrived and we could hear everything from the hallway. They were knocking on doors and loudly talking through them too.

Mosaic was really close to all the main attractions in Rome! We also loved walking the smaller streets nearby with many restaurants and gelato places. Staff was very helpful with check in and providing recommendations!

Location was good, shower was good for Italy, had a refrigerator. Room was dark and quiet.

Beds were small, not enough surfaces for luggage and toiletries in bathroom.

New section was significantly better maintained than where we were lodging.

Nice stuff! We only met them when we arrive and left as our rooms were on an other floor! The guy was very helpful and nice! Rooms were nice! You can find these in a two star hotel too though! They cleaned our room everyday! Restock with fresh towels! The only think I personal didnt like was that there was some kind of mold into the shower! Although the room was very cleen! We liked that our rooms were closed to each other. The temperature into the rooms was excellent and the beds were sooo comfy!!! We had a very nice sleep!! The elevator was kinda vintage and there was an issue, if someone did not close the doors the elevator was getting stuck in that floor so a lot of the times we had to walk up the steps to the 4th floor. I recommend this hotel!!! I would come back for sure!! Thank you

The location was great for walking around and there was a breakfast and dinner places really close.

The elevator and room were very tiny! The stairs need maintenance!
