Hotel Nizza is in an excellent location 2 blocks from Termini station and in an area with plenty of shops and good restaurants. The accomodation is basic, but it is cheap (for Rome), clean and everything works as expected. The breakfast was included and was good. Good selection of pastries. The staff were excellent and friendly, especially Kalid who felt like a friend by the end of my stay and went out of his way to help me with local questions, buying tickets, etc. The aircon, TV, water all worked fine while I was there. I was on the 3rd floor in the courtyard and my room was quiet.

The elevator seems to be permanently out of order so factor this in. The breakfast coffee machine wasnt the best. No safe in the rooms and limited storage space for clothing.

Fantastic location! All the staff were friendly, helpful and polite. It could be quite noisy at night, but you're right in the centre of ROME! Surrounded by the hustle and bustle of an energetic city full of life! You've just got to throw yourself into the experience! The room and building were a little worn around the edges, but with plenty of character. I wasn't expecting a palace, and the price for the location was reasonable. It was clean! And housekeeping visited every day. No A.C. but I honestly didn't mind that, and they had provided a large fan (and a very handy fridge that kept my water cold). The room was spacious, with a high ceiling, and I enjoyed the "city view" of buildings and restaurants from the windows. Like I said, if you're not demanding a palace, and would just like somewhere clean and welcoming with a friendly atmosphere, and have so much culture, history, and art, ALL within walking distance - public transport is also on your doorstep btw should you prefer - I would recommend Hotel Nizza. In fact I would happily stay again. I had a wonderful time!

The hotel is ancient and needs renovation but the room was very clean, toiletries and towels were replenished daily. The location is very good and it was not even that noisy given that the area is very bussy. The staff are very friendly and super helpful. For breakfast there was a lot of sweet pastries and cakes, always fresh,, but you can find some cold cuts, cheese and butter also.

Nothing special. The room was advertised to be 17 m², but in my opinion not more than 12m², together with the bathroom.

Location, close to train station, connected perfectly with airport, metro for all parts of Rome. Outside restaurant L'Eropeo restaurant with so many types of food and twice cheaper than on the old town. Excellent breakfast. Even when I have to go to the airport and catch the train before 6 AM, I receive a coffee and croissant. Helpful staff 👌

On the way from Termini to the hotel, a very dirty and smelly area. The kettle in my room wasn't working.

Staff were very friendly and breakfast was delicious. The location was excellent. There are a lot of restaurants and shops around the hotel. If you go sightseeing by tour bus, the hotel is the best place to stay.

The room door was difficult to open. The bathroom door was broken and it wouldn't close. The hotel doesn't have ramps. There is an area where homeless people sleeping on the way to the Termini Station.

The hotel is perfectly located just a few steps from Termini Station and all metro lines. It is noticeable that the building and facilities have seen better days, but the hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff is very helpful. The price corresponds to the quality.

The breakfast room is a bit spartan and cold in winter (probably an advantage in summer), but breakfast was fine.

great place for value, great location, great breakfast, nice personal on the desk and in the kitchen, was a little cold because central air conditioner was still not on, maybe they will turn on when the temperature will be lower, however they gave me a blanket and was great support! I recommend if you gain fear and atractive price for value.

We stayed in March 2022 on the weekend of the marathon so rooms across the city were priced higher than usual. This room was a great bargain. Location is 5-7 minutes walk from the station which is not bad, but can be tricky if you have a lot of big luggage. The room was spacious for the price (for 2 adults). Management were accommodating of our request for twin beds. The room, bathroom, bedding and linens were clean. The TV has Netflix.

The breakfast selection was quite small, pastries tasted store-bought. The hotel policy is for guests to leave room keys at reception whenever leaving the hotel, which was not ideal for my friend and I who wanted to leave and stay at different times.

The proximity to restaurants, the Metro, and Roma termini was perfect. The breakfast was simple but very yummy. Staff was great to work with.

The bathtub had a hard plastic barrier that served as the curtain. It would have fine, but it moved if you bumped into it and then water would be all over the bathroom floor. Minor issue. I would still come back anyway!

The location was superb 👌🏿, you can walk to most of the tourist attractions and close to Roma Temini

The hotel is old and rusty Breakfast wasn't nice Cups and kettle in the room, but no spoon,we had to request everyday
