Location 10/10 I love the facility and it’s cleanliness

Fabulous location, 1 min walk to Trevi Fountain. Everything you want to see in Rome is pretty much within 15-20 min walking distance, besides Vatican City. The room was large with 3 beds, so it was perfect for our family of 4. Need to walk up 3 flights of stairs, no issue for us, but could be for others. Very safe, comfortable, quiet, secure. Cinzia was super helpful at check in and gave us a great restaurant recommendation for dinner.

The place asked if we wanted them to arrange a taxi service from the airport to the hotel, and we accepted (80 euros for 4 of us with 4 carry on bags). However, the taxi driver showed up 45 minutes late, said due to traffic. This wasn't the hotel's fault, but just be sure you get the name and number of the driver just in case. We could have probably just picked up a taxi at the airport after learning he was going to be late, but we waited and the driver was very apologetic.

The location was amazing - so much life at our doorstep and easy to get to beautiful attractions and the wonderful live music of Gregory’s Jazz Club. The room was light and airy with the windows open and serviced daily, which was great. The complimentary water and juice was much appreciated, as well as the eco bathroom products. Cinzia was helpful and made checkin easy for us. We’ll be back and highly recommend this accommodation to families.

The only thing was that when we opened the windows the first time, the airflow blew big pieces of dust down onto us, off the bathroom roof. So regular cleaning of that space needs to happen for those guests who prefer open windows rather than air conditioning.

All round perfect. The location is excellent, 1-2 minute walk to the Trevi Fountain. Facilities are clean, the staff are very friendly & helpful. Coffee Pod machine (pods replenished daily with room cleaning) & mini fridge in the room & also use of communal kitchen with full sized fridge & freezer. Communication was great prior to our arrival. We had asked about storing our luggage as we were flying in from Australia at 8am, when we arrived at the property they had our room already ready for us which was lovely. Highly recommend this property.

Nothing to add here from us. Will note for others that may need -there is no lift however the staff are happy to help carrying luggage & it’s only a couple of small stairs. There was an electronic lift seat to help (sorry don’t know what they are technically called) people with mobility issues up & down the stairs although we didn’t see it being used)

-great location, walkable to all the main attractions. -very central but slightly quieter than streets nearby which meant it didn’t feel overcrowded. -great local restaurants, bars, shops nearby.

Although to be expected, just be aware if your room is facing onto the Main Street you might be woken up several times by the restaurants closing up and the rubbish collections in the early hours.

The room had everything that we required. Coffee maker and drinks fridge where very appreciated. Bed was comfy and the shower worked well. The location is amazing, you are so close to everything that if you are in good health walking to all the attractions is easily achieved. Cinzia was lovely, helpful and friendly, giving good advice and recommendations.

We had a room over looking the street so it was noisy until about midnight. We wore ear plugs a couple of times but we were so tired from all the sight seeing nothing could have kept us awake. I only say this so you can be aware not to put you off as we would definitely stay here again. Loved the sound of the city waking up in the morning.

Excellent location walkable to Romes many sights. Room clean and comfortable, perfect for short stays. We traveled with kids who had a separate room. Host we assessable and very accommodating.

Room was always good and fresh until last full day returned from sightseeing to a very musty/ drain type odor. Once room was cleaned again went away. We didn’t complain but they seemed to proactively address.

Security is 10/10. You can get into your room like a castle. Well protected with card/password system. Cleaning is the best of the best. You can smell it from first to last second at your stay and it can be cleaned every day without hesitation. Location is magnificent. Place is middle of everything and however you can sleep without any noise and wake up well rested. Summary 10/10 is totally accurate for your dream Roma trip. Big thanks to Salvatore who made it great for us :)

Everything was perfect as all the previous reviews from other people. Staff fantastic always smiley and very helpful on every request. Clean, facilities at top. What to say about location? More central than this it can't be. Maybe inside Colosseum 😉, or inside Fontana di Trevi.. Thank you for making us feel like at home, and our Rome experience unique.

Top professional service. The staff were fantastic, responsive, helpful, genuinely nice and client-oriented. Cinzia and Salvatore are a fab team, accomodating to our every request and need. The housekeepers also, charming and cleaned our rooms fast, stocked up on our favourite teas and coffees from the selection. WhatsApp communication super easy and efficient way to organise your trip and navigate through Rome. Even genius — every hotel should communicate with guests that way. The check-in and checkout, and keys and overall security access - super modern and easy for the non-tech generations. Just great! The location and the building perfect. 3min from Di Trevi fountain and a big shopping street. Taxi station around the corner. Best pizza in Rome literally next door to the accommodation. I am hard to impress yet I was impressed. The service is what made all the difference and deserves the best rating.

The fact the building is old, some things could not be helped/modernised: sometimes, the smell from the humidity and sewege could be felt in the bathroom, and no heating option inside the bathroom - you'd need to keep the door open for the AC hot air to come into the bathroom. No elevator to the 2nd floor where the accommodation is, in case anyone has difficulty walking up. But the staff were helpful with carrying the luggage up.
