The location was very nice, 4 minutes walks to the Spanish Steps, 5 minutes to the Trevi Fountain. IN front of the hotel, there is RINASCENTE a 7 floors department store (commercial complex) that contains all brands. The staff is friendly, all services are within walking distance such as groceries, pharmacies, cafeterias, restaurants, etc.

Amazing location and huge room size which was very comfortable. After a month of travelling at different hotels, it was the only hotel that had us wear gloves in the breakfast room.

Very small thing, the TV stations were limited and couldn't cast from my phone.

The location was great — 5 minutes to the right were the Spanish steps, 5 minutes to the left was the Trevi Fountain, the Altar of the Fatherland, Colosseum, Palatine Hill, etc., are just 20 minutes by foot, and the Vatican was 10 minutes away by car, so very close to the popular tourist sites in general. The rooms were also more spacious than expected and comfortable. We had a group of three and it was a nice amount of space. I also liked that the bathroom was “upstairs” from the bedroom.

The air conditioning was pretty weak. Understandable since Europe doesn’t really do air conditioning like we do in the US. Just don’t expect to sleep in a super chilled room — it was only comfortable relief from the heat but not very cold.

Location and breakfast included. Rooms are nice. The mini bar was complimentary which was such a wonderful touch.

Not a deal breaker at all, but there were no iron in the room. If you want one you have to call and request and return after use. However, this may be common in other hotels in Italy as well. The toilet seat would creak as if it will break any moment! And I am under 130 pounds.

what it lacked in big hotel atmosphere, it certainly made up for. in helpful staff. all went above and beyond. even helping us to relocate my son’s watch he left in a taxi! Manuel found a great laundromat around the corner as we had been traveling for some time and clothes needed a wash. our room was perfect size for us. water pressure and temp great. soundproof window but also able to open for fresh air.

a little bit dark in rooms but not too bad. bathroom vanity had no room for a makeup bag to rest but still ok.

Perfect location. With almost all the sites that matter within walking distance. Staff are very helpful with advice on restaurants and other helpful tips. Room has everything you need and housekeeping staff pay attention to detail.

We had a room for 4 and though ok, the room was a little small and the third and fourth bed were a sofa bed. This is reqlly quite expected though it could be clearer when booking. The bathroom is partly open but they provided a screen that we could use to cover the open door which worked well.

Over all a nice place to stay. The location is very good. The room was large with a small terace.

The room had two beds. If you want a single bad be sure to let the hotel know. There was a bad smell in the shower but was fixed very quickly by the staff. The room lacked a sofa or a place to sit.

Fantastic location, 2min walk to the Spanish steps, 5min to the tevi and 10min to the Pantheom and Piazza Navona. Also right in the middle of the shopping district. Staff extremely helpful and the family room was a great size for the 4 of us.

We stayed 4 days and the only improvement would be a little more variety in the breakfast. It was good but the same every day.

The hotel is in an excellent location close to the Spanish Steps and shopping precinct. Our room was quiet, clean and spacious with a large comfortable bed. The coffee machine and tea facilities were well stocked although they could provide more milk.

The hotel has a small dining and bar area that got a little crowded at breakfast service. Breakfast was basic but enough to start the day on.
