The location was perfect! It was less than a minute from the building to Pantheon, and you could walk to many places like Spanish steps, Trevi fountain, Piazza Navona, St Angelo’s castle, and even to Vatican. The breakfast doesn’t start until 8, but every morning we needed to leave before 8, and the pastries were already available. Coffee machine could make hot cocoa too, and the kids loved having some hot cocoa which was available until 7 or 8pm. When we got there, there were bottled water, some snacks and a bottle of Champaign, too. It’s a very personable place!

It’s not that we didn’t like it, but it is a unique place. First it’s on the third floor of a building, which we didn’t know before getting there. There is a small lift for the place so even with the big suitcases it was not a problem. Our room was for 5 of us, 2 adults and 3 kids (10, 13 and 15) and we fit comfortably. The bathroom is pretty small, but other than that, we have no complaints!

The location is amazing. It is located right by the Pantheon and we could see the side of it from our room. We didn’t know what to expect when we arrived but we instantly felt at home from the warm welcome of the staff on arrival who showed us to our room and who were there for a few hours in the day to help with any queries. The help your self breakfast was a nice touch as we could take it back to our room so again this felt like home. The room was very clean, tidy and bright. Although it was located in a busy area we could not hear any of the public outside. We would definitely stay here again as we are usually very fussy when choosing to stay places so this is how we know we loved it! Thanks again to the two gentlemen who were working there during our stay.

A mini fridge in room for our drinks would have made it even better!

Very central location next to the Pantheon. Clean room comfy beds and lovely staff. Rooms cleaned/ tidied each day and fresh bottles of water provided. Having breakfast on the balcony each morning and listening to the hustle/bustle of the streets below was pretty special. Approx 30min walk from the train station but past busy touristy areas and the cobbled streets in 40degree heat was tricky. Now I know there are bus stops a street away (corso stop) for €1.50 for the journey (which we utilised for the journey home) tapping on with my bank card at the front of the bus. Breakfast included unlimited coffee from a machine served from 8am-7pm yoghurts, fruits, pastries that you put together yourself and take back to the balcony. Small table inside the room too. Hot shower, hair dryer that wasn’t strong enough to dry my hair ( I used my own ) but still provided.

My room was next to the coffee machine and SOOOOOOOOOO noisy! Very noisy when others were checking in as we were right next to reception. Not well sign posted to the entrance from a really busy area and very busy street so easily miss the entrance. Lift is very small if you have lots of luggage

The location was absolutely perfect!! I couldn't believe it when the driver brought us to the door the first time. Just steps from the Pantheon. We could see it's roof just outside our window. The small street was so quaint and beautiful. The view from our window was quintessential Italy complete with church bells ringing. It was surprisingly quiet considering we were in such a popular area. We loved being able to easily walk to Trevi Fountain and Piazza de Navona. We used the driver service from the airport and had a little issue with the timing of that but it all worked out and the driver was great. We were pleasantly greeted with a bottle of champagne in our room. We enjoyed having a separate room for our kids. It was a perfect start to our Italian vacation! I would definitely want to stay in the same place if/when I return to Rome. It was our favorite hotel during our entire vacation.

There was a bright light coming from the air conditioning unit that made it a little difficult to sleep but it wasn't a huge deal. The breakfast was quite simple with just a croissant. Some fruit would have been great.

The location was amazing, glimpse views of the Pantheon were lovely. Breakfast was enjoyable, coffee and Croissants on our balcony every morning.

We had room 2 which was the smallest of all rooms, it was next to the breakfast area which was extremely noisy each morning from 7.30am. We booked via booking.com and the prices stated all tax were included. It also said we may be subject to €3.50 per room per night. On arrival we were asked to pay €6 per person per night in cash. This was significantly more than expected and not described anywhere on booking.

Waking distance to Pantheon, all the restaurants and shopping boutiques. It was a small but very clean hotel. Not a very busy hotel, I think it only has total of 6 rooms. Alisa, the receptionist, was absolutely fantastic. She was very helpful and very knowledgeable. Breakfast was included, not a big selection but it was enough for us to energize in the morning.

I didn’t realize the elevator was hidden behind 2-3 steps. I had to Cary the luggage up those staircases and squeeze into the elevator. But other than that, we enjoyed the stay.

ABSOLUTELY LIVED THE LOCATION !!!!! Next to the Pantheon, Walking distance from the Fontana, Spanish steps, Colosseum and the Roman ruins. A number of restaurants to choose from . I loved the fact that it was in a busy street but it was very quiet at night to sleep. The water pressure in bathroom is good and really hot water something hard to find in Europe. To visit that part of Rome I will strongly recommend it. I will definitely return and stay with you. They welcome us with a bottle of champagne witch it was perfect since I was celebrating my birthday on this trip.

If you have mobility problems DO NOT STAY HERE, bringing the luggage’s upstairs is quite hard , the elevator is right between the stairs have never seen anything like it, and if they tell you they can store your luggage’s definitely NOT TRUE” If you are a backpack traveler definitely get this place., if you have big suitcases AVOID!!!!!!!!!

The location is fantastic. It’s centrally located to everything we wanted to do (the top things to do in Rome). It is very clean and the staff is very nice.

The rooms are narrow, however this may be the norm for the area. We had the 2 rooms right next to the breakfast. We were woken up by the coffee maker making individual espresso’s/coffee’s for everyone . The internet didn’t work for 3 of the days we were there. They didn’t seem to care to find a back-up way to give us internet.

Very quirky and felt like you were in Rome . Great location to be.

Although I found the bed comfy my husbands side squeaked every time he moved which woke me up . Room at times felt small when there were four of us in there and we struggled to all sit around the table to eat breakfast so two always sat on the bed. Lovely display of breakfast pastries each morning but we found them very sweet so struggled with them a bit but that’s down to personal choice.
