Clean, comfortable, quiet room. Very efficient air conditioning, especially on sweltering hot days in Rome. Lovely bathroom and a nice shower. The hotel also provides breakfast. The usual fare and the cappuccino was great. Nice attentive staff. The location of this hotel is excellent. Literally, steps from the Pantheon and the historical center of Rome. A main roadway is a block away to catch a bus. Just a few stops to Termini Station.

There is no restaurant on site but a small bar and sitting area, but you are steps to everything. Even a small supermarket around the corner for snacks and drinks.

The staff was really nice. Had some miscommunication when I checked in but I think that’s due to booking.com. It listed the hotel as having a shuttle when it does not but you can hail taxis as needed. That being said the staff was lovely and they let me store my luggage after check out. In general that staff made the stay better and the hotel really is right next to pantheon. It was easy to get everywhere and I felt safe as a solo female traveler. Expect old Roman charm- this isn’t a modern hotel. But no major complaints about my stay once I understood that.

I think it’s unnecessary to say since the staff was accommodating if I needed something. They were doing their best.

Location is great, breakfast was good, but due to early check out the next day, we couldn't arrange lunch pack because kitchen was already closed when we asked for it (it is only opened during the breakfast time) so if you have breakfast included in the price and early check out, you should announce this earlier

We have make a reservation for the taxi to drive us to the airport - at least we were certain that it is reserved and it will wait for us in front of hotel at time we said. BUT, there was no taxi and we have waited for 15 minutes and then decided to call uber by ourselves instead.

Bedroom very clean and comfortable. Breakfast nice All staff team both front of house and service were very pleasant and professional. Great location and many Italians stay here. I also had a spookey room mate - the ghost of a Nun I saw 3 times. Not threatening in any way, a very kind and peaceful feeling when she was around. It added to the Rome experience thisbtrip. Fantastic toiletries.

Great location to explore Rome, just two minutes away from the Pantheon and walking distance to many other key spots (Colosseum, Fori Imperiali, Piazza Argentina, Vittoriano, Circo Massimo, etc.). The bedroom was very comfortable and spacious for a single occupancy.

As it is very central, it is also very noisy at night, at least on weekends. Earplugs are necessary for a good night sleep.

The staff personal were very helpful, friendly and always asking if I needed help. They up graded my room, they didn't realize I was coming with my son and not husband I think anyway, the room was absolutely beautiful!! It had marble floors with a mini living room, view of the amazing church across the street and lots of room. Our breakfat in the morning, that was included, was nothing short of a culinary delight!! It is right by the Trevi Fountain and it is truely a beautiful hotel!! Thank you to everyone working there!!

Location, location, location! Fantastic. Also very nice staff, clean rooms and areas. I would recommend it for vacation travelers.

The room, even though it was at the 3rd floor and had double glazing was sometimes noisy very late at night/early morning with people shouting on the street as they were passing in front of the hotel. (Obviously not the hotel's fault). To be sort of expected in such a central location full of restaurants!

The Hotel is just behind the Parthenon. It is spotless clean, very quite, staff are friendly. The rooms are huge with nice marble bathrooms and minibar with daily complementary water. Breakfast is abundant and very fresh, Staff at the restaurant are very helpful and always smiling. The croissants are delicious also the cakes which vary from day to day. The Hotel is very quite and you do not hear an noise. The beds are big and TV has over 200 stations of any kind. Everything is clean and housekeeping staff do a great job.

Maybe if there was a cafeteria in the lobby, would be just perfect.

I was in room 409, a single room on the 4th floor and it was amazing!! Surprisingly spacious for a single room, nice big bathroom, very comfy bed and pillows. I did struggle a little getting hot during the night but that was probably just me! Easy to set up safe, lovely balcony which I couldn't use due to the heavy rain that followed me there! Staff were amazing and friendly, breakfast was lovely, location ideal. When I return to Rome, this will definitely be the place I'll stay.
