The location is amazing. You turn left and walk less than a minute and you are staring at the Pantheon, you turn right and walk a ways and run into Trevi Fountain (plus there's a ton of amazing restaurants along the way!) Megan was excellent and kind! It was clean and convenient for not having to carry around a key, as there are passcodes to get upstairs and a lockbox to store the room key once you reach the top of the stairs as well. That may sound silly but we like to be as hands off as possible!

While we loved the proximity, the only thing that was difficult was trying to sleep. Even during the week it was loud until late/early in the AM. BUT this should let you know you're in the heart of the city and can throw a rock a hit a spot with delicious food/awesome things to do so it's certainly a small price to pay!!

The owner & Carolina were extremely accommodating and nice. The room was spacious, well designed and very clean. Great air-con. The location as absolutely amazing, 10 steps away from the Pantheon. We could leave our luggage and pre-check-in early in the morning, so we could enter our room with leisure at noon, not a thing needed more. Checkout was just as easy. They also clean every day which is amazing.

Double bed was made out of 2 single mattresses, so my partner fell in the gap in the middle a couple of times. One pillow per guest. The property is easily missed (no sign, just a sticker on the intercom), and you have a key chain with 4 different keys and doors to get into your room... makes you feel like your stuff are safe though.

The perfect place to stay in Rome! The location is incredibly convenient, situated near all the must-see sights and completely safe for nighttime strolls. Our room was equipped with everything a traveller could possibly need. The bed was luxuriously comfortable, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. Plus, the air-conditioning is top-notch, instantly warming up the room Cleanliness is their priority, and we were pleasantly surprised of how fresh and pleasant everything smelled The girl in the reception was so kind and always ready to help us we anything we required. Highly recommend!! We consider ourselves lucky to have had the opportunity to stay there!

Absolutely love the location of this property! A 10 minute walk from Trevi fountain and at the end of the the street is the Pantheon! The room was clean, quaint and had its own bathroom. The staff were super friendly and helpful and aided us immensely in our check in process. This hotel is great value for money in an incredibly central location.

Not a huge complaint about the property, but more of a caution. The street in which the accomodation is located is not accessible via car, meaning that you will need to take a taxi directly to and from the pantheon. This isn’t a huge issue as it is only a 3-4 minute walk, but it was something we didn’t know upon arrival and as such had issues trying to get a taxi directly to the hotel. The second thing was that the hotel is on the second floor, approximately 4 flights of stairs up to the hotel with no lift, meaning we had to carry our suitcases. This also wasn’t a huge issue, but it is something to be aware of if you have accessibility needs

Even though my stay was last minute, I am happy I chose this location. It is right next to the Pantheon, on the same street as many restaurants. The decor was great. The shower was good, and the room was very well air conditioned. Highly recommended.

I really liked it the place but the doorway is hard to find and in-between two restaurants (awkward). Also since it is next to the Pantheon there is quit alot of noise till 1 to 2am. But its not so bad, I personally didn't mind but good to know.

Excellent location just around the corner from Pantheon! Large, clean, quiet and comfortable room with a coffee machine *yummy* (more than one coffee pod a day would have been nice though) and a fridge! Megan at the reception is super friendly and helpfull! I guess this is one of the best areas to stay in when in Rome.

The a/c worked well 2 out of 3 nights. However, 1 night it didn't cool the room at all. And it was HOT even at night in Rome. The room felt a bit dark and gloomy as the only window was located in a small hallway between the room and the bathroom. Provide more than one tiny one-time package of shower gel a day.

The position was unbeatable. On a street with lots of restaurants to choose from. Was a bit noisy but I used ear buds and slept well. 30 seconds from the Pantheon and 6 min from the Trevi Fountain. 2 flights of stairs but I felt very safe. Great security. Despite being a B&B, breakfast was not included.

Breakfast was additional extra.

The location cant be better, Its one of the most central places i have stayed at, right in between pantheon and trevi (in-fact just 10 steps from the pantheon). Before checking in i was only concerned if it may be noisy or not (given how central it is) but that wasn't a problem at all, the windows are quite sound proof and the restaurants below start shutting up post 11pm and do not start until 11 am/midday. The room itself was very nice with AC etc, and quite spacious for its location. A jet spray on the pot as well, which is a first for me in Europe and massively convenient (and more hygienic!), but thats just a small part lol

The bathroom although fine, could have been slightly better, with a bigger shower and better ventilation/exhaust

Amazing location, incredibly affordable (we are so grateful for that), roomy, safe, great view of all the street activity, acoustically well separated from others, roomy bathroom, good water pressure and temperature, host gave great directions for access to room, and best of all was the cool air conditioning!

Shower stall was a bit dirty around the base and the water did not drain well. Sink water did not drain well either. No place to hang towels to dry.

It was in such a great location. Most of the turistic places were close, the location was loaded with restaurants and shops. The room was clean and quite big. We got a free water and coffee. Wifi was ok!

The room has a strong air freshener smell, which could be less stong as the vanilla would be really nice. The room was a little noisy due to the restaurants, however the tired traveller would not be bothered about it. :)
