Perfect location: close to Spanish Steps, the tourist attractions in a walking distance (<1.5km). Many shops and restaurants in the area. The metro station is in few hundred meters. Very helpful and friendly staff! We could leave our lagguage after the checkout as we had a later flight. Very clean and comfortable room with modern furniture. The breakfast is fair with fresh bakery products, juices and eggs. The elevator is authentic :) Overall highy recommended!

Just a minor thing: it would have been good to have some more towel hangers in the bathroom...

Wonderful location for a weekend stay, just in the heart of Rome! Easy walk to most of the attractions plus such cool people watching in the area. Room nicely furnished, bright and quite spacious. Very friendly staff!

Noisy. Starting from 7:30 am I heard clinking of plates and cutlery as the breakfast space was right outside our door. Not ideal for those who want to sleep in. Also we were quite unlucky with extremely noisy guests in the room next door, I mean young men with low voices on the calls with their friends until small hours...

The location is perfect! 5 minutes walk from Spagna metro station (Piazza di Spagna, Spanish steps) and about 25-35 minutes walk to major sites such as the Colosseum, Forum, Vatican and Pantheon. The room we had was spacious, clean, with a great shower and amazing air conditioning. The front desk staff and small dining area server were very helpful and engaging. They answered all our questions and gave us recommendations for restaurants and transportation.

The wifi could use some improvement. We experienced slow speeds and unstable connection and ended up purchasing an eSIM with a data plan that worked much better.

For starters - I am still so confused as to how this is only considered a 3 star hotel! When it comes to service, the modernity and cleanliness of the rooms - this is a very high 4. Both receptionists were so caring (with one even calling around train stations after my bag was lost!), attentive by organising little chocolates for Valentine’s Day, and wine for my birthday. For a room in Italy, it has all of the modern touches you need but it doesn’t lack any of the Italian charm. Location is the cherry on top, with so many of your favourite shops - designer and global fast fashion literally just outside the doorstep. Spanish steps and pantheon (and fab Italian fare) are also such a quick walk away. I would recommend this stay to anyone in a heartbeat. Thank you so much Relais de la Poste team :)

Absolutely nothing at all.

Great location and very helpful staff. Very close to all the attractions, located in the one of the main shopping streets. Room has kettle and coffee machine, iron or steamer can be provided by request.

Shower has black mold on the walls and shower head, it can be easily removed with a special cleaning solution - this was the only disappointment, but our overall experience was great.

Very good location, on the famous Via del Corso with lots of shops and brands (a little bit closer to Piazza del Popolo than Piazza Venezia). The hotel is directly opposite the Ambrose and Charles Basilica, and next to the Diesel store. Nice staff and very helpful. The shower was large and very clean, strong water flow and there was always hot water. They cleaned our room and changed towels every day. The room has a kettle and a NESCAFÈ coffee machine, with 2 free capsules that are renewed daily. There are also two free bottles of water / soda that changed every day. Relatively large room for Europe. There is a mini bar with a paid soft drinks, we used it to store things we bought. Although this is a famous street it was very quiet at night, the shops close early so it was wonderfully quiet. There was a pretty big closet where we stored all our stuff. We checked out at 11am and it was possible to store our luggage until the afternoon in a locked room. Just below the hotel there is a taxi station, it was very convenient.

There is no lobby in the hotel. This is an apartment building, with the hotel located on the second floor (there is a beautiful wooden elevator). There is someone sitting at the reception desk until the early evening hours, but after that there is no one. At check-in you receive two passwords, one for the front door of the building and one for the door of the hotel itself. In case of an emergency at night there is a number that should be called. We did not have a nice view of Via del Corso, we got an inner room facing the courtyard of the building, so we left the curtain closed most of the time. We were missing a body mirror in the room.

We liked the location of the hotel, it allowed us to do everything on foot ! The staff was very nice, giving a lot of advice and being very helpful. The room was very nice.

The water temperature of the shower kept changing to very cold. The soundproofing of the room was not great (we could hear the room next door and our room was facing the courtyard with a lot of noice from the vents).

I really enjoyed the location, it’s really close to everything. The staff was very nice and gave a lot of instructions for self check in. The room was big and comfortable with an incredible city view.

Being on a shopping street, it’s really noisy if this bothers you. Also the walls are very thin so you can hear everything.

This is an amazing place for travelers of friends, couples or younger people. There is a small older elevator to use for luggage or steps if that is busy, so if you struggle with walking/stairs/mobility this wouldn’t be the stay for you.
