Sylvia the host is just lovely and so helpful and welcoming. the location is excellent and 7 minutes from the metro. The check in process was easy. The rooms are really clean and tidy and well-kept with servicing every day which is lovely.

These are just comments and observations- it is located a little way from restaurants 15-30 walk mins. it is well located to the expensive shopping areas if this is what you like. The room is part of a larger apartment on the 4th floor, where you have two other bedrooms nearby so this layout means it can be prone to noise at times. The breakfast is self-serve and basic compared to other locations we have stayed in, but adequate, so for value for money it seemed a bit more expensive for what you are getting overall but it could be Rome is more expensive.

Everything was exceptional. The rooms were newly renovated and very spacious. The view from our window and day bed was so enchanting. We woke up feeling refreshed each day. Breakfast was lovely and gave us a great start to the day. Bathroom facilities and location were excellent - we were in walking distance of the best attractions in Rome. Finally, Silvia, our host, was incredible. She gave us great advice for getting around Rome and fabulous options for eating authentic Roman cuisine. She was incredibly helpful, kind and genuine. She made our stay so relaxing and we couldn’t recommend her and NTB Roma enough. The only regret we had is that we couldn’t stay longer! Thank you, Silvia

The B&B is in a fantastic location, within walking distance of the many famous historical sites in Rome. Despite being within a busy part of the city, the property itself is very quiet and safe. It was immaculately clean, comfortable, and Silvia went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Her recommendations were fantastic, as was breakfast. I would recommend anyone stay at NTB Roma!

We visited in the middle of July, during one of the hottest weeks of the year. The AC unit in our room struggled to keep up, so the room stayed around 25°C - warmer than we were used to at home, but a reprieve from the outdoor heat nonetheless.

The location was amazing. Just a short walk to the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. There was some lovely Cafes and Restaurants near our accommodation only a short walk away. When you opened your windows of an evening there was always entertainment on the corner and you could see fantastic singers and musicians doing there thing and when you were ready just close your windows and you couldn't hear a thing. There was also a great little supermarket across the road that sold everything, food and wine and beer. Breakfast was lovely and the staff were very helpful and very nice. I would definitely recommend a stay here at NTB Roma. I was such a fantastic location. We loved our stay.

There really wasn't anything I didn't like about our stay here. There is a lift to get to our floor but we chose to use the steps as it was great excersise.

Met all our expectations. Everything on line was accurate. Very clean! Loved the location. Not tons of people lije big hotels. But right inthe center of things. I would definitely stay here again.

Wasn't anything I didn't like. Wished we could have done a load of landuary but we found a landuarymat. We were in Europe for 3 weeks ( here one week). Had to do a dew loads. But I knew they didn't offer it. Some places do but for the location, cleanliness and value I'd stay here.

The location was perfect, good area, the host is amazing she spoke English with me and Spanish with my girlfriend she let us keep our luggage there when we were leaving as we had a late flight, she is a native to Roma so she was able to tell us where to avoid and what good places to eat, she is very kind has maps to take for free that provide tours and places to see etc She also had umbrellas incase it rains that you can use, my girlfriend locked herself out of the safe in the room and host was out with friends she came Immediately to open it for her, she is very Accommodating, the breakfast was also great and there’s a little log book at the front of the reception that guests can leave notes for other guests, she has a full guide book for everything you need in Roma, would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Roma to stay here Ps: the bed is also very very comfortable and the shower is great

This property is exceptional! It is so clean and tidy! It is in a very central part of town. You can walk almost everywhere and there is a close metro stop! The room was huge! Very spacious and so clean, not to mention GORGEOUS! Sylvia is so kind and so helpful. She gave excellent recommendations and was able to book our taxi last minute to the airport. I would recommend this property to everyone!

There was nothing not to like! Perfect property and stay.

The hotel is an apartment divided into rooms with a nice kitchenette. Excellent location, spacious rooms and a delicious self-service breakfast. Highly recommend to people who want to stay in the city center at a reasonable price.

A simple Nespresso coffee machine gives coffee that is not to my taste, but this is another opportunity to drink a excellent espresso outside

The location was fabulous. It was just off the Via del Corso near Via Condotti and central to everything. There was a mini-market nearby as well as cafes and restaurants. My room was spotlessly clean and big for Rome. There was a little fridge in the room if you wanted to bring in drinks. You couldn't hear any noise at night, The bed was big and comfortable. Sylvia was wonderful and very helpful. She went out of her way to help.

-Perfect location, right in the heart of Rome. You could easily get to all tourist places -Silvia is a great host. Will give you all the info you need and more. -Our flight was very late in the evening and we had access to a shared room to leave our luggage and could also use the service toilet when needed. This was very helpful and we really appreciate it! -The room was very clean and even though it was in a very busy area you could easily go to sleep at any time without hearing the street noise. -Would definitely come back on our next visit to Rome!

-Breakfast could be a bit more diverse. -Even though the radiators were hot, the room temperature was a bit cold for us. Had to sleep with socks on every night. I guess this is the downside of old buildings. -Some house slippers would help not feeling so cold in the winter season.
