Superb location facing a archeological dig and within walking distance of the main Rome attractions. On the third floor but there's a small elevator. The view from our rooms was spectacular. Good sized rooms and bathrooms. The rooms have a table and chairs and it's best to eat the included breakfast there because the kitchen is rather small. Ursula and Davide are often around to help with any questions and arrange transportation if required.

Not much to not like, really. The trams that turn the corner of the street can be noisy but the high quality fenestration helps cut down a lot on the noise.

Everything is simply amazing. On the day of our arrival, Ursula kindly agreed to give us a room much earlier without any problems. She met us with a stunning smile. She is a charming and very kind host. She explained everything and provided many useful tips. The room is very large, beautiful, and comfortable. The bed is excellent. The view is beautiful. Everything you need for a vacation in Rome is available. The food is wonderful. But most importantly, she is an incredibly attentive host who is always ready to help. On one of the days during our stay in Rome, is was our daufhter's birthday. Ursula came with a cake, flowers and gifts. Its was very pleasant.

What an incredible stay, it’s hard to know where to start! The location can’t be beat, easy walk to all sites and beautiful view of Torre de Argentina. The room is pristinely clean and beds/pillows very comfortable. Delicious breakfast and loved having coffee, tea and snacks available all day. Urzsula even made us special Italian coffee each morning. Urzsula and her two sons were the best part, they made our stay very special with their genuine heart warming kindness. When we arrived they provided recommendations on what to do, where to eat and showed us on the map how to get to each site easily. Urzsula even gave a gift to our son and gave us our favourite coffee when we left. We hope to be back again and stay at this incredible guesthouse.

Nothing it was perfect

Location is perfect for exploring the city center. Breakfast is ordinary, but we have found everything we need. The room size, cleanliness were ok. The hosts - Signora Ursula and her Son were exceptionally attentive and gentle. Especially we were appreciated Signora Ursula, who kindly allowed us to stay for some extra time after check out. Bonus - good restaurant (even few of them) for a dinner or lunch downstairs just at the neighborhood. We would come back again to this place without any doubts. For an exceptional comfort I would prefer softer bed mattresses. Despite the fact that the windows are of good quality in the rooms facing the street the noise from outside can be a bit annoying.

Right from pickup at the airport to the time we checked out everything was perfect. The property is in a fantastic location everything you could ask for is right at your fingertips. Food, shopping and sights. There’s a great little sandwich shop downstairs which is awesome when you just want something light. There is a taxi rank on the opposite side of the square if you need to go anywhere else. The view from the room is amazing. Urszula is the most beautiful host she makes you feel right at home and nothing is too much trouble Breakfast options are plenty everything you need is right there. The rooms are authentic the building itself fantastic and the lifts are just hilarious especially if you have large luggage, it all adds to the experience.

Absolutely nothing it was great

We definitely "won the jackpot" by finding and booking this wonderful small bed&breakfast in the heart of Rome! Everything from early communication from Urzsula, her welcoming us for early check-in, super high ceilings in the rooms and a window overlooking Torre Argentina archaelogical site, delicious breakfast (no hot items, but lots of yogurt, pastries, bread, fruit, lunch meat & cheese to choose from; coffee, juice), fridge and microwave available in common kitchen to store and reheat some leftovers when we could not finish dinner at restaurants; sparkling clean bathroom, very comfy (on a firm side) mattress. But best of all - you're literally in the HEART of Rome. Every attraction big and small are 10-30 mins on foot, or if you feel like experiencing some Rome traffic due to city construction here and there for upcoming Roma Giubileo 2025, taxi stand is right across the archaelogical site. Keep in mind that elevator is very small (great they have it, many similar old buildings don't) - so plan to do multiple runs if you have a lot of luggage and/or bulky stroller. The host, Urzsula, was so kind and accomodating and even gifted my daughter who had her birthday during our trip a special something! When there was no more yogurt she liked, she went out and brought more! She even offered us a larger room for the second half of our stay but we just stuck with the first one. Also, compared with many other hotels I've read reviews of, we've literally heard no-one from other rooms, walls are so thick. We'll be back 100% if we are lucky to book in time! Ask Urzula for restaurant recommendations! all spot-on!

Nothing! Everything was perfect! For light sleepers, they provide ear plugs if street noise (you're in the heart of the city with a tram line under the building) bothers you. But, compared with the noise of Trastevere, it's nothing!

I HIGHLY recommend this place. It was an extraordinary experience in all its aspects. Let's start with the actual place: amazing rooms, very beautifully designed, extremely clean, comfortable, has all the utilities you need, cosy, great view (you have an actual archeological site right outside the window). As for the location, all the main places you need to visit and all the great restaurants (the best pizza place is actually just next to the entrance) are walking distance, there are bus and metro stations and taxi stops just outside the residence, there are stores very close by. Regarding the service, the breakfast they serve is great with fresh pastries (really delicious 🥐) and cheeses and lots of different options as well as coffee and tea and juice... Now, as for the people there, I cannot stress enough how amazing, kind, welcoming, generous, hospitable, thoughtful, and FRIENDLY they are. The hostess Ursula is probably the nicest person I have ever met in my life haha. They made our experience in Rome unforgettable thanks to their attention to details and how extremely nice they were. Upon knowing that we were newly weds, they decorated the room with roses and chocolates and champagne... it was unbelievably heartwarming. Communication in english was very clear despite the language barrier but whatsapp is there to make it easier. 1000/10 for this place and its hosts.

Loved the host, Ursula and her boys, they greeted us like family and it was like that for 6 nights. Room very comfy and spacious. Breakfast is a help yourself to a range of options in the shared kitchen/sitting area. Location is perfect for walking to all the major monuments. Same to beautiful restaurants and even the pizza 2 metres from front door was very nice if just wanting to stay in. Rooms are on the 3rd floor but a decent size lift so no problem. Would definitely return.

This property has an amazing location making it easy to walk around the most important tourist spots in Rome. The rooms are spacious, lovingly decorated and painted, and thoroughly clean. The breakfast is decent and the host keeps the refrigerator stocked with drinks, beer, and snacks that are available to you 24/7 for purchase. Urzula (our host) greeted us with a big smile, and made sure our room was ready by the time we arrived. She also arranged transportation to the airport for us.

There was nothing not to like about this property. If anyone wants something better, then they should consider a hotel.

It is not a hotel but more like a huge private apartment with several rooms all with private bathrooms. It works perfectly like this. The host Urszula, is nothing but fantastic. She take good care of all guests, ensures good communication from the minute you book until you are back home and she arranged a super breakfast with fresh bread and croissants, fresh tomatoes and berry etc. every morning. The location is outstanding. I do not believe that you can be placed more centrally for all the things to see in Rome nor get a better host.

Maybe a table and chairs to sit and have your breakfast could be great, but it also works with the small sofa table which we had in our room.
