The location was great, very close to the bus stops and metro. There is a coffee shop just around the corner, also a pizza/panini place and a market are very close. This accomodation is an appartment with 3 rooms, each room has it's own bathroom. The kitchen is shared and it has everything you need for a quick meal. The room and the bathroom are small-ish but clean and I loved that you get nice smelling towels and sheets. We didn't meet the owners in person (self check in and out, which is great for me) but they were lovely through the messages and concerned if everything is OK or if we needed anything. I would come here again.

The first issue we had is the bed - maybe if you don't already have back problems, it wouldn't bother you. The bed has really soft matress and worn out slats so it feels like a U shape and you always end up in the middle of the bed. But for a couple of nights and if your back is good, then it's not that much of an issue. The second thing is the shower drain. The shower itself is nice and clean but it drains veeery slowly even though we cleaned the drain protector. Also, a little shelf or something would be very useful in the shower.

Central location, right on the door step of the vatican. next to a metro station and a lot of cafe bars and restaurants. Room was big and with a private toilet. was better than i was expecting!

host was kind enough to allow us to leave our luggage even after check-out, but quite last minute to inform us that we needed to return by 2pm, so we had to rush back. Remember to spare some cash for city tax. Building with lift. Rmb to contact host on the estimated arrival time to arrange for key pick up and how to get to the guest house. Quite difficult to find as there was no signage. Located beside Caffettino. Metro is not very near but walkable to the station.

As this is a fairly old building, it has slightly thin walls. Every flush and footstep was really loud. But was informed as mentioned in other reviews. Unable to close the window as it was blocked by a hose, but it was ok as the weather was fine during our stay. Did not feel hot and no mosquitoes. Bring earplugs, it helps.

The bed and the pillows were very confortabile, the owner was really nice and arranged the room according to our requests (honeymoon), room was clean, warm and spacious, the bathroom was big, clean. At the corner of the building was a coffee shop, perfect in the morning. Shops nearby, 20 minutes walk from the Vatican.

The shower pear should be changed, the shower was a bit clogged, the hot water at the sink in the bathroom didn't work all the time, the cleaning lady made lots of noise early in the morning.

1. I like the room has a small balcony, it is very comfortable to rest 2. The location is very good, can take the bus to Rome attractions, and can walk to the Vatican very quickly 3. The landlord was kind to allow me to store my luggage till late afternoon 4. Cooking in the kitchen is very easy and there are many utensils 5. The house was well cleaned and the cleaner was careful

Thank you very much for your hospitality. The room was clean and cozy. Quiet and peaceful. We walked a lot around the city, so we stayed in the room only for a night and it was enough. Walking out of the room, 10 meters away is a wonderful cafe where you can have a delicious coffee and a tasty breakfast.

Location was great, near metro and Vaticano. Beds were clean and comfy. Kitchen is well equipped. Toilet is nice. Host is great and the cleaning lady too. He let us check in early. All in all great trip.

Water pressure was too low so the hot water would always come and go. Heating was turned off. You can hear sounds from kitchen and other rooms.

The kitchen is well equipped. The room is minimal but nothing is missing. Breakfast is just coffee capsules and tea, but better than nothing. They're renovating so I'd expect the apartment to improve soon.

It's not a hotel but a room in a normal apartment and there are no indications on the front door. I had to call to find out where the place was and how to get the key.

The room and bathroom was clean. They clean every day.

The walls were very thin. You can hear everything that happens on the other side. There were no slippers.

Location is good. Metro is close. Nice little café bar in the ground floor of the building. Host was very nice and helpful. It was clean. We had coffee capsules, water and small champagne waiting for us in the room.

It was a little bit cold in the morning, heating was on only in the evening. We were there in the April but it was cold outside... A bit loud plumping from the room next to us.
