Gianluca was awesome host - helped us to get settle in. Apartment is clean and comfortable, well located with metro near by and cafe bars. The building doesn't look much from the outside just another apartment blocks but the rooms are great. Neighbourhood looked fine, lots of locals and bit off the touristy areas. I will definitely book again when in Rome.

The entrance to the block is stashed on the side, took a bit to find out. Just walk past the English school towards the courtyard and it's there.

I stayed here with my cousins for the weekend and we absolutely loved it- would even say it was one of the highlights knowing we'd come to a clean and cosy apartment after a long day. The cleanliness and the quality of everything was exceptional and the modern style of the apartment made feel more luxurious than we anticipated. A very good place to stay for a group of 5 and for a very good price! Sleeping at the apartment was very comforting as the beddings were very comfortable. The bathrooms also had a very nice clean modern touch- toiletries towels & a hairdryer were provided and overall the general lay out of the rooms made it perfect for any kind of customers. The providers/ staff were very friendly and welcoming. They provided great support whenever when needed which was very reassuring- special mention to both Maria and Gianlluca. For tourists- the location is very good, not too far from the vatican city and very close to two metro stations which were very handy. There were a lot of food shops as well as a coop minimart right outside and a shopping centre close by.

If you are simply looking for a nice cosy place to be able to sleep shower and just relax in , then With no exaggeration, I had no issues with this apartment. I can not pick out on a fault based on my expectations of the place.

One of the best places to stay in Rome, especially near the Vatican city. The kindness of the host Gianluca stands out as well, thank you very much.

Host was very accommodating and friendly! He even picked me up from the corner when I couldn’t find the place. :) Location is very close to the Vatican and there’s a metro about 3 blocks away. It’s very convenient.

the property was absolutely stunning! the restroom was absolutely massive 1 per room it was the best place we stayed in for our two week trip in italy! highly recommend!

The building is close to a big busy road, it can be noisy sometimes!
