The location was excellent, very near Roma Termini. The staff was very nice and let us leave our bags during the day, after the check-out, which made our lives a lot easier. The facilities were excellent, very clean (I spent one night here and I've seen people cleaning and making adjustments at least two different times), pretty and in good conditions.

It can be a little tricky understanding which button to press to open the door when you arrive, but after de check-in and the keys is very easy.

Really good hotel for a fair price. Great location, clean, we got a room with a balcony. I was scared because of all the bad opinions, but it was really great and I'd book again. Also very close to Termini :)

Location is really nice and the balcony was a plus for us. Close to bus stops which is really great for moving around the city and going to the main touristic points. Private bathroom and comfortable beds are advantages when compared to hostels.

The reception was hard to locate inside the building and needed help to find it. The shower drain clogged and the water stopped going down, but that was solvable by removing the little filter it had to let the water flow, that can be unpleasant but it's no big trouble. The price was quite high but that's probably the Rome average price you'll find.

Location is great - is near to Termini station, so the subway is very close. The host was great, he gave us many tips about restaurants, how to get to every sights in Rome. One of the positives is that the reception is open 24/7. The room was very simple, but clean which is the most important thing for us. When we considered the price vs. the quality it was very good. I would definitely recommend this accommodation for everyone who wants to enjoy Rome, be everywhere very fast and don't waste a lot of money. :))

Very secure conveniently located and very well serviced

I had trouble checking-in mainly because I arrived at 10 30 in the evening. The entry gate is not obviously for Serendipity Hotel, the bell push is Palma! However the receptionist was very helpful and I appreciate his kindness.

Nothing to complain; just worked good! Rooms were cleaned every day and staff was very cooperative in dropping our luggage off early at the arrival day and store them for a longer time at the departure day. Thanks!

The location was very convenient, close to main train station, many shops around to buy a late night snack or a slice of pizza. Quiet area. The staff was very nice, room was clean, with air conditioning and wifi. The place itself is located in a bigger building and you have to ring the doorbell at the gate to get in when you first arrive but its not complicated. We got keys afterwards. Walls were pretty thin and we could hear the staff and other guests but nothing too bothersome.

Everything was great. Nice rooms and friendly staff. Ricardo was great with helping us navigate the area for sightseeing and the housekeeper was so friendly. I will definitely stay there again when I visit Rome again. Recomment

The lock on the door was temperamental and took a couple of attempts to lock - but there was more locks on the building

Very good location , it is close to town centre as also to termini station. Many good and cheap restaurants around it .
