We read a few negative reviews before arriving to the place and we were positively surprised. The receptionist was helpful and friendly. We could check-out without any issues very early in the morning, smoothly. The price and the location were also advantages.

It is close to the metro station and price for this location was amazing.

Smaller room, old building, but overall it was nice and better then we expected.

It is great that the rooms had air conditioning and the bathrooms included a bidet and hairdryer.

The staff was friendly, I didn't have much to ask them but I felt like they were ready to help me in case. The hotel location is very close to Termini station, very practical, I could find a supermarket within 10minutes walk. The bed was really comfortable, the mini fridge was convenient. There is a kettle you can borrow, and you can buy bottle of water at reception if needed. The neighborhood was safe at night. No one books around Termini for something fancy or with a view, but I'm satisfied with the hotel

the room seemed clean, but it definitely need a really good makeover, some things should be changed in the bathroom because they're old and leave an impression of dirtyness. There is mold on the bathroom ceiling for example, due to lack of aeration. the lift inside the building is also old and the first time I thought it wasn't functioning so I walked up the 5 floors. I was also suprised there wasn't any sign with the hotel name, I had to ask to a lady at 2nd floor

I had no breakfast, The shower cabin in the bathroom didn't have any door. Toilet was not clean.

The location of the hotel is very nice.

The sheets had spots on it,there was no hot water in the shower and on the last day no water at all. The fridge was dirty and did not really work and people are talking highly in the gangway so that you can't sleep..
