Location is perfect, most of the main attractions are within walking distance. Rooms were thoroughly cleaned and tidied on a daily basis. Triple room good size for 3 of us. Quick responses when messaging out of reception hours as it is not manned 24/7. Nice addition of water bottles/coffee. Handy luggage storage after we checked out so we could still explore and pick luggage up after. Owners are very helpful, the man gave us his umbrella when it rained and the lady helped and guided us on how to get to the airport as taxis were not easily available on New Year’s Day!

The lift is very small, we struggled to fit 3 of us in with small bags as it got claustrophobic. Reception area and corridor is also very narrow and small so it’s abit difficult to manoeuvre around in a group when you have luggage although room size was good so this wasn’t an issue. Would be nice if the water bottles were replenished daily as these are only provided for free on the first day and also if there was milk for the tea/coffee. These small things however would not stop us from coming back here again!

Location is great, Roma Termini station and main attractions are nearby. The room was clean and cozy. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They gave the detailed information how to enter the hotel. The kettle and fridge in a room were a plus.

The room was quite noisy, hotel is located on a busy street. But it wasn't a problem for me.

It is the second time we have stayed at the seven. it has a secure entry door. The rooms are clean and light. The seven is central for all locations and next to the termni bus station which recieves buses from both airports cheaply and often. The staff anr friendly and very helpful. We are on first name terms with Niko. We will definitely be back a third time. Local supermarkets are a stones throw away and the bed is the mist comfortable i've slept in

unlike kast year rhere was a club near by playing load music but it didnt diturb us much. Also the tv in the room is Italian tv although you will be tiered at the end of the day so may not watch it. This rime we took a lap top with netflix and disney +. The wifi is free and the laptop used that

8 minute walk to Rome main train station. Can store your luggage before check-in. Nice breakfast location.

The elevator is a little small, but it works fine.

The room we stayed in was bigger than I anticipated and the bed comfy. It exceeded my expectations. The layout is very clever to maximise the space, with a nice breakfast bar in the window of the room. The staff are friendly. The location was so handy for the train station and many of the sites in Rome. The WiFi worked well as I had to teach a class while I was there. Very clean and cute towel bows when we arrived. Good showers. A great place to stay - I would recommend it.

We had a little bit of difficulty getting in because the international dialling code wasn't given on the door. Luckily I was able to get the correct number on WhatsApp. There were some small stains on the cushions, but we just didn't use them (I think this is a common problem in hotels). Otherwise it was very clean. We were only given 2 coffee pods for a 3 night stay between 2 people. I put the 'make up room' sign up to try to get more coffee, but they didn't replace. They did however make up the room nicely. As it's a small hotel it isn't soundproof, but earplugs worked well.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment during our four-day trip to Rome! The location is unbeatable—perfect for anyone looking to explore the city's sights, with easy access to the metro and Termini station. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a relaxing retreat after a day of sightseeing. Our host was incredibly helpful, providing us with valuable recommendations on must-see attractions and local dining spots. We tried several restaurants from his list, and each one was excellent! This place is a gem, with a wonderful, friendly staff. Highly recommend it!

Very nice staff, great location, clean rooms,fast internet, comfortable beds and pillows.

The breakfast wasn't in the hotel. It was in a Café near the hotel. The included in the price breakfast was only from sweet products- every morning croissant or bread with jam, cappuccino or caffe and orange juice. For a standard triple room, it was no space for clothes and suitcases. No wardrobe The room was located next to the entrance of the hotel and we could hear everybody who is entering or leaving the hotel.

Reception and housekeeping staff were very friendly. The housekeeper was particularly helpful with towels/toilet roll/soap/etc. The room was very clean and tidy and daily housekeeping ensured it stayed that way. The room had all amenities as expected. There was an issue with the hot water on arrival to which we were informed and given an estimate of how long it would take to fix, which was correct, hence no overall issues. The location was ideal for transport and food. The Breakfast vouchers for the very nearby cafe was welcomed and the cafe itself was nice with friendly staff and decent simple breakfast. It was easy to access late at night (so long as you don't forget the code). There appeared to be numbers to call in emergencies and even a separate associated hotel to contact us required (thankfully we didn't need this). A car was booked for us for airport transfer on request which was useful, prompt and had no issues. We were well informed of the prices and timed. There was no unexpected expenditures or fees, everything was informed of in advance such as early check-in and city tax. There is a safe to easily store small items. There is enough room to store or hand up a suitcase full of clothes. The staff were easily contactable on booking.com and responded promptly. Good value for money.

Some water leaks from the shower door. We just put a towel down. The curtains don't meet in the middle due to a middle translucent curtain. We just pulled them across the middle curtain. Its 2 flights of stairs first then a small (2 person max) elevator to the rooms. Minor issues, this place is still a 10.

Location very near to principal objectives,room was clean

i had to pay and extra tax of 30 euro, which was not mentioned here.

Very good location, good rooms and very clean. Nothing luxury. But very good for the price and location.

The lift.. I didn’t feel secure going up. Since it’s an old style of lift and cannot support more than 2 person. And if it’s heavy goes very very slow. I was afraid of going. Only one do my friend tried. It’s the 4th floor, so we had to take our luggage by the stairs - because we didn’t feel safe going thought the elevator.
