The staff and facilities were fantastic. We arrived really late and the staff made check in very easy and were very accomodating. We didn't intend to spend a lot of time in the room, but it was so spacious and comfortable we almost wanted to.

It is a bit farther out from the center; it took us about 30 minutes to commute in on the tram but we knew this from mapping the location before hand.

Lovely room with really comfortable bed. The ensute was gorgeous. We wished we could take it home. The girl on the desk gave a great briefing on transport and attractions around Rome and really good eating recommendations. Much better accommodation and value than available closer to the centre and the tram journey was good fun. Usually there was someone friendly wanting to chat and we got some good recommendations.

The extent of grafitti locally was a bit shocking on arrival but once you see past that the location works really well.

The hospitality of the host, comfortable bed, quiet neighborhood, cleanliness, transport options and a nice view from the window. The building is closed by a gate with the PIN (host emailed it to us). There is also a possibility to check in online, simplifying the precess especially if arriving in Rome late, as we did (we just had to type the PIN on the gate and the guesthouse door, and could enter the room). The receptionist was super friendly and approachable. She recommended few places to eat near the facility, and booked a taxi for us (we had a super early flight). Also, they had a lot of consideration for our plans, enabling us to finish the formalities at a most convenient time for us. This meant a lot as we had prebooked guided tours that began early in the morning, and we were always absent the whole day to use best our stay. Also, it was great to book an apartment further away from the historical center, because it gave us the opportunity to explore restaurants that were more authentic, with local guests and food that was, in our experience, of higher quality than in the most advertised restaurants from the center (check Fatti di Farina). Additionally, the guesthouse is two minute walk from the tram station, which goes directly to Termini station, and also few bus stops are in a 5 min range walk. Near the tram station, less than 5 minutes from the guesthouse there is a big supermarket, which is open 24 hours, including the holidays. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a comfortable stay, with a lot of perks that not too many places can offer.

Best place we've ever stayed together. We stayed in the deluxe suite. It's beautifully decorated and we felt so relaxed the whole time we were there. Private bathroom with Jacuzzi bath AND shower. Mini fridge for us to use. A private balcony with chairs and small table. Host was amazing. Gave us a map to explain everything nearby to us on arrival and the public transport to get into the city centre. We had a late flight and the host let us keep our bags there basically all day until late. Very polite and helpful the whole time. We couldn't have had a better stay and I will look at booking this again when we come back to Rome.

Location. It's just in between two metro stations so you need to get a bus to a metro station or have a 20 min walk. That is the only problem here everything else is perfect. Also people might be confused because it's in an apartment building but it's lovely inside.

The service was incredible, always quick and courteous. The room was beautiful, incredibly clean and comfortable. It has an amazingly big bathroom with a fancy complicated shower. Five minutes away is a beautiful café called Fatti di Farina, with great pastries, tasty dinner, and good coffee, all for an affordable price.

The location is not the greatest. It is one hour from the city center/ train station (although there is a tram station right by the hotel) and the surrounding area is quite shabby.

Very comfortable, beautiful design, easy to communicate with the owners, very clean (daily cleaning), overall very enjoyable stay.

The only issue is the location - it is further away from the city center and all attractions (45min-1h). The biggest issue is the overall bad quality of Rome infra. There are traffic jams everywhere, non-stop, and busses are late every time (or they don't show up).

A good place to stay in Rome. Big room with a big storage for packages and clothes. Big bathroom and really Nice looking. Everything clean. A parking place in the garage but you have to Reserve it in advance. Very good location, 1min to the shops or to the tram stop to the city center. 25 minutes and you are in the history center. Close to the bus which will take you to the metro. Friendly and helpful Staff.

If you have a room in the front of the main street it may be a bit loud beucause Windows are a bit thin. Also no kettle, cups or some Basic things to make a small meal.

Just perfect! Host was very polite and helpfull, my requests were answered within minutes and i havent faced any problem in communication or getting help. Apartments themselves were super comfortable, Jakuzy is good and working, everything is very clean, air-conditioned. Also ~100-150 meters from Apartment is perfect eating place and big supermarket 24/7 So it was so good that i would definitely check them next time i will be in Rome.

Generally i liked everything. Just as a remark - neighbourhood is kind of suburb type. We havent faced any hostile activity or felt ourselves insecure, but just we were not used to see so much dirt on streets before. Again - this is nothing to do with apartaments, which are super. If you use taxi - it will take 15-20 minutes to get to the center

The girl at the entrance, I think it was Kate, super nice and helpful, she gave us clear instructions and some tips how to get around using public transport. The room it was clean, with everything you may need, the bed super comfortable. The location is good, close by tram to the historical center (just 15min to Termini) , the area may seem "sketchy" but like everywhere else in Rome. Noisy sometimes but not to disturb your sleep. To summarize a good place to stay.
