Hotel was in a perfect location, minutes away from Trevi fountain and Spanish steps. Very close to both metro and bus stops. There was a good choice of bars and restaurants around the piazza. We can recommend La Botte Antica, for an authentic Italian experience - turn right out of the hotel. Key pad entrance was very convenient and intructions/ communication to gain entrance was very good. We arrived early and were able to leave our luggage . Room was very clean and cleaned daily. Snacks and toiletries were appreciated. As was the safe and small fridge.

Bathroom needs renovating. It was clean but basin was cracked and shower door fell off the runner if closed fully. The stairs were hard work after a long days sightseeing but not a problem. We knew about them before we booked

The property is in a fantastic location. Everything is walkable although we did get a taxi to the Vatican. The square it is in is vibrant and it’s just down the road from lots of shops. It’s about 4 mins walk from the Trevi Fountain. Inside the property was lovely and things like tea and biscuits were replenished every day. Bathrooms were spotless and very large. We had an upstairs bedroom section which was lovely

There was 110 steps up to it. This wasn’t a major problem for myself and my family, but If you struggle with mobility this would be difficult. It got a lot easier by the end to do!

The location of this place compared to value is pretty awesome. They are also very organized in logistics, you can self check in and there's no way to get lost, they give you instructions carefully and also I meet one of the guys at reception and he was very cool person and even gave us recommendations for the city.

Sadly for the building, there is no elevator available. If it wasn't for that this would be perfect stay. But they do let you know. Rooms are not that big, but we were there just for a couple of days and it was just fine for us.

Great location: Metro and bus Stops are right outside the building, trevi fountain/spanish steps etc are 5-7 min walk. Lots of cafes, bars, bistro to eat at. Rooms are small and on the third floor with no lift, it wasn’t an issue for us but it might be for some people. Everything was clean, rooms were serviced every day and fresh towels were provided. The reception team do everything via WhatsApp as there was no to speak with in person, but they are responsive and helpful on WhatsApp. All in all it was a great location, value for money, clean and tidy room.

Location is good, close to a metro and main places. Our Suite was big, air-conditioner was good. They cleaned our room every day.

Around 100 stairs to the room without elevator. The room a bit old and need some refresh.

The apartment had two floors so was very spacious. Everywhere was clean and the man who greeted us when we arrived was lovely. I would and have recommended it to people and would book again!

The WiFi wasn't great which was fine for my son and I as we had data but my two younger tweens didn't and couldn't connect 95% of the time. It is clear in the listing but be sure you can manage stairs if staying here - 109 steps up to our apartment! I was sad not to get a balcony room but I didn't specify or request when booking so that's on me not them.

1. Barberini metro stop is just around the corner 2. Lot of options to eat in the neigbourhood 3. Pam supermarket nearby 4. Kettle was so useful for a quick tea/coffee 5. As the room was ready, we were allowed to check in earlier. 6. Room came with additional bathroom just outside.

Shower stand is wobbly and needs fixing Shower too low for a tall person like me. Water would easily spill out of the tub during shower.

Great location. 2 mins from a subway stop and you can walk to many tourist spots and restaurants in 20 mins or less. We took the subway to the Metro station and to Vatican City and it worked out well. AC was nice and strong and despite being in a busy area it wasn’t too loud.

There is no reception staff. We didn’t mind just note it isn’t a regular hotel. More like an Airbnb. However, they do clean your room everyday.

Great communication, comfy bed and amazing accomodation. We appreciate so much the possibility to leave our luggage in reception room.

You shouldnt charge for the room with the view while there are construction works outside the building and there is no view, but thats just mine suggestion. Still giving great rate!

The location was ideal - perfect for all of Rome’s central attractions. The view from the room was amazing and the windows were greatly soundproof to stop road traffic noises.

The aircon was a bit old and the room quite hot. Of course, a lift with the bags would’ve been good - but the location made up for this!
