Location was fantastic in terms of it being pretty central and literally a 3 minute walk to the nearest metro station (Barberini). Comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Room also has a safe and fridge which was good. Tea and coffee facilities in the main hallway of the accommodation was a nice touch, along with shower gels/shampoos and shower cap. Would definitely look at staying here again in the future.

Quite noisy because of the main street but it was fine with the window closed and it didn't disturb my sleep. The single room was quite small though I was only there to sleep really so it didn't matter too much! Check-in was self-check in with details sent via booking.com - this proved to be absolutely fine but I wasn't notified until I arrived that that would be the case, so maybe just useful to give traveller's the heads up that instructions will be sent via the booking.com app on the day of check in!

The location is the best! Couldn't ask for anything better! You're in the centre of the city, 5 minutes away from all the most famous sites. The metro station is right under your door, and also a couple of restaurants and shops. Very clean, and they clean the room every day. Everyone are very nice. The price is the best you can find, and considering the location, it's fantastic. The owner is very nice and communicative, very willing to help. We stayed there for a week. I highly recommend the place!

The only two things that can be a bit problematic are that first of all, the place doesn't have an elevator, and the rooms are quite high. You need to take it under consideration, when arriving with heavy luggage. And second, it doesn't have a fridge of any kind, which is not a big problem, but if you have special medications requiring cold temperature, it can be. Other than that, the place is really quite perfect.

Patrizio and the team were incredibly lovely! I felt completely welcome and Patrizio was so amazing in explaining everything and how to get into the property. Despite my flight being late and me getting in later than expected Patrizio was there to help me out explaining everything perfectly The location was perfect!! Walkable to the Spanish Steps, the Trevi Fountain, the Colosseum! Lots of amazing food around too! Metro entry just literally outside the hotel so you can get to the Vatican in less than 15 minutes. Be prepared to bring your walking shoes

Stayed for 4 nights, Alessandro was very friendly and a great host. Had the double bed with a private bathroom. Room and bathroom were cleaned daily, restocked with new toiletries. Wifi worked reliably. Local cafes, and you can choose which direction you want to walk in (renaissance Rome, West or Ancient Rome, South). Taxi stands nearby. The local area felt safe at night and it is easy to memorise how to get there. I found that when in Rome, you tend to stay outside all-day and only use the hotel/apartment room for sleep.

Not accessible via lifts, a couple flights of stairs. Often a 30-45 minute walk to the historical sites and museums, but you do get to see a lot on the way.

The location was excellent. It was very close to the metro and from there, the train station, and other destinations. It was in a safe area with many restaurants and within walking distance of many of the famous landmarks. La Piccola Maison had wonderful and helpful staff. The building was secure, the rooms clean, the bed comfortable and checking in and out easy. They don’t have late check out but I was able to leave my bags there for a few additional hours without any concerns.

The location was good - central, plenty of places to eat, walk to most attractions clean, serviced every day, coffee machine. The manager very helpful. He was there when we arrived as planned. Responded quickly to text messages and organised our car transfer to airport - no problem. We arrived by train to Rome and planned to catch metro as station was about 100 metres from hotel. However the metro was having a problem so we walked and wheeled our luggage from Termini to Hotel - 20 minutes no problem.

The price was very good - and I feel the hotel was good for the price. Travellers just need to be aware that it is two and half floors up - and no lift 😩. However the manager carried our bags up.😁 No full length mirror. We had an early start (4.45am) to get to airport on last day - absolutely nil hot water - (note on other days hot water was fine).

We were very content with the accamodation, perfectly located near the historical center. The room was clean and it had everything we needed. Nice bathroom, comfortable bed and soundproofed windows. Many steps to reach the room, but not a problem for us (me and my daughter).

The location of the hotel was excellent, a short walk from major tourist attractions and a stones throw from a metro station and several bus stops which allowed us to easily move around the city. The host, who meet us on arrival at the hotel, was very friendly, easy to contact, and obliged when we requested to leave our bags after checking out, to enable us to enjoy the half day in the city at the end of our stay, without having to worry about luggage.

When we arrived, we had expected the hotel to be larger in size, however, it was a small hotel with only 5 guest rooms. This wasn't a problem however, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Lovely central location, very close to metro and walking distance from the Trevi fountain. Beautiful authentic building, very clean and decent coffee available. Self service key pickup and dropoff was very easy.

AC was very noisy, room is slightly smaller than expected for the price.

Amazing location conveniently located 10 minutes away from Trevi by walk. We were able to walk everywhere from La Piccola. We had the room with the private bathroom and it was perfect! Very clean and staff is always available if anything is missing or you require help. Grazie!
